I am mad on so many levels!!! FIRST OFF...WHY Can't someone answer the damn phone?!?!?!? Everything is automated and not everything can be resolved with an automated system! NEXT - I am looking for my mail! Our mail service from the SouthEast Post office in Burton MI is TERRIBLE! My husband bought a new truck and the plate was mailed to us on October 22, 2020 from Grand Rapids, MI - I live in Grand Blanc MI - We still HAVE NOT received this in the mail! I tried calling our post office to see if maybe it was being held....NO ONE answers the phone! It rings...and rings...and rings. and then goes to a fast busy signal! BEYOND FRUSTRATING! I get it's COVID times but the customer service at this branch has ALWAYS been horrible!

I have a package that has been at Burton PO since Sat June 20th. Still not delivered today, actually no mail delivery today. I will not let QVC use USpostal delivery. Bad service. Really bad service
I received on my computer that a package was attempted for delivery on Dec. 1 and Dec. 2. It also said a notice was left. None of this happened. I was home both of those days and nights. Would you please redeliver as soon as possible. It would be great if it could be done today Dec. 3.
It is a small package that could have been left in the mailbox with key or porch. Could you please let me know what is happening with this item. Thank You.
It's 2:51 PM Wednesday. 10 June. We have a string of 4 mails boxes in the Del Webb community serviced b your post office. My out going letters were picked up but none of us 4 received mail today. I'm guessing the storm stopped it. What ever happened to rain, sleet nor hail will stop the delivery of mail. I'm an old school guy and I'm disappointed with this new poor service.
