Postal Locations

A piece of mail regarding my absentee ballot was found when we were picking up debris from the lawn. I could tell by the appearance of the envelope that it had been in the elements for awhile. No mail should be dropped outside the mail slot in my door. This is careless and not at all the kind of service I have come to expect from the USPS.

Once again our mail did not get picked up. I live in Big Rapids and our carrier is only here when they feel like it. Our neighborhood has many flags up today and its 6pm. Nope, no mail again today!

Im writting because wife an i are not happy with our mail carrier we understand that we have had three different carriers in the since last November. In tbose months we have had other peoples mail including some that should have went to Muskegon. And we discovered that we didnt receive inportant mail as well it cost us $74.16 for our trash pickup because we didnt receive our invoices. This is unacceptable.we put our trust in our mail system and carriers, we want to continue to have that trust. Sincerely william A spicer of big rapids mi
