Postal Locations

I have been coming here for 30 years. Nice little post office. Some of your workers recently have been a little catty and impatient when helping customers solve problems with damaged or lost mail. Very expensive boxes!There is also a concern i have with people on the parking lot recently. Today holiday post office is closed person on parking in a white car license plate ......777 riding around taking pictures. Not good just a thought for the police to ponder.

For the years I’ve lived in Berkley MI, going ti the post office on 12 mile and Wakefield. They have ALWAYS been very rude, and today was my last straw with them. I will never be going back to this post office

Why do I not get mail a few days a week, while I have outgoing mail in the box. My carrier must be lazy and disconnected from their appointed duties.

ALL I WANTED WAS A PRICE ON SENDING A PKG BACK AND I SAT ON HOLD OVER 5 MIN. WAITING. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. THE PHONE WAS JUST SET DOWN SO NO OTHER CALLS COULD COME IN.

Just wondering why we didn't receive any mail yesterday -- I know we seem to be on the 8 pm delivery cycle and that's late but at least we get the mail eventually. I live at 3174 Phillips Berkley 48072. We had a problem with our mail carrier a few weeks ago and didn't receive any mail that day either so I understand that personnel issues happen but this is starting to be a consistent issue. Your thoughts?
