Postal Locations

@ appx. 12:55 pm Sunday, Feb. 27, 2022 Postal vehicle #0200960, driven by Monica Rogers of New Buffalo, Mi. going Eastbound on Lake St. and made a "U" turn on Lake St. & Tower St. in Bridgman. She continued Westbound on Lake St. stopped in the traffic lane, put her vehicle in reverse and hit my vehicle before I was able to react and attempt to put my vehicle in reverse. We exchanged info and a I have contacted the Bridgman Police Dept.

I sent a package to someone in MI The carrier took it to the wrong townhouse number, l opened a case and they denied me because the carrier lied and said he delivered it in the hands of someone

I received a pkg. today. It was in a medium flat rate box, square not rectangle. The mail person jammed it into my mailbox at the road even though it was very tight..so tight in fact he left it hanging partially outside of the mailbox. So...the box is torn, scraped and ripped. I have not opened it yet (covid19) but will tomorrow. Hopefully the contents are not broke or damaged. Our former now retired mail person would have brought it up to the door. I will be calling the postmaster in Benton Harbor, MI tomorrow.

Stopped in just before 5 to pick up a package and the woman working the counter (older blonde with glasses) very rudely told me that to get my package she would have to get it off a pallet which she certainly wasn’t willing to do. I called earlier and was told it would be no problem. This lady clearly just didn’t feel like doing her job and had zero customer service skills.

My mail has been open numerous of times an I want to know why?

I had an Amazon delivery today - (tracking #9361289687090246170257) she was awesome. Her name was Marie. I have had a previous bad experience with a delivery. Just want to let you know she is great.

So frustrated with this post office. We have a carrier with whom we have constant problems, missing mail, mail delivered to other residents, boxes left on top of the mail box that they fall onto the road and in puddles, and if he does walk a package to the door he looks in our windows. I have complained since he took over the route, and I'm told by the post office that there's nothing they can do because he's union. Well, I'd like to talk to his union, because this guy is useless. I have come to the post office in person and was treated very poorly by the postmaster. Where is customer service? And where is accountability and dealing with the problem?
