I was supposed to get a package today but instead I received a notice stating that there was no access to location. I find that hard to believe when I was home and my driveway was not blocked, also I received a package yesterday and the mail carrier drove up the driveway and delivered it. So how come one carrier can deliver a package correctly and another one can't. So now because someone did not want to complete the delivery, I have to go and pick it up myself.
I'd like to thank my Mail carrier. LeAnn, for going above and beyond delivering the mail. I appreciate the care you have shown my mom! I hope USPS , REALIZE that U, are truly N asset!
Went to the mailbox last night to find our mail and others on the ground in the snow, 10-15 feet before our mailbox. This is not the first time. Often our mail has been mishandled, late, crammed in and/or damaged, or missing. How can we get someone responsible, trustworthy?
-0. Last three days 6 mail boxes in a row are not being closed. Doors hanging open with mail and packages being seen by anyone driving by. Tried to call 7 times and hung up on each time.
No one has picked up my mail for the last three days! I have outgoing mail and because the mail person doesn't have mail to deliver to my house, they are not stopping by to pick up outgoing mail!! Please have someone pick my outgoing mail up.
I have had some problems with my package deliverer. Yesterday I got notice that my package was delivered yet it wasn’t there. The delivery happen but on the wrong street. The gentleman at that address was kind enough to bring it to me, this is the third time this happened, Please look at the street name!! Not just the numbers!!
I had a problem with a package showing it was delivered to the wrong address. Debbie at the Bellville MI Post Office kept in contact with me and made sure the package was delivered properly. She treated me with respect and never gave me "the run around" High Five and "job well done"!! Thank You!
I called the Belleville office today to find out where my shipment was, I live in Westland, for some reason it got rerouted there. I was very polite with the lady on the phone and after she explained when it would be delivered I said ok thank you and she rudely just hang the phone up and didn't say a word.
She didn't mean it. ☝️. Anyway Belleville is a awesome place and it's post office is the best. The people are nice and helpful and even when your package is not suppose to be delivered until next day they will go and look for it. Also it does not look like a jail like some of the rest.
