Ive had to go to the postal office 5 times to pick up my mail. Everytime the employees were nothing but rude. Everytime ive called, the employees were nothing but rude. They've even threatened to keep my mail from me. Ive always been reasonable and polite but im honestly sick of the poor customer service.

We had great service today, Tammie had left work but came back to help us with a problem. She started she would look into our problem with where our mailbox should be at and call me tomorrow. She went out of her way to help. We are just moving here and it was so nice to meet someone like her.
