Hello! On Friday I visited your Attica location . A few min before close I was walking in , the lady seemed like she was getting things ready to close . I said are you closing she said not yet . And I said do you want me to go somewhere else and she said no I can take you. Well I set my daughter down to grab what I needed to mail. 2 very small things going to same place . And she rudely said ugh you don’t have them already ready to go. And I said no. And then annoying rude she said “ well how fast are you at filling out address” and I said it would take a minute . And she started complying that she had things to do and she thought I had my stuff all ready to go, even though I was carrying a plastic bag with stuff so obviously it wasn’t ready . So I said I would just go somewhere else and she continued to complain . Then I said you already see I’m holding a child and doing this and it’s hard enough and she just continued to be ignorant . So I left. She was the most rude person I’ve ever encountered working with the public . Yes I should have gotten there sooner. And trust me I tried . Life happens . But don’t tell a customer yiu will take care of them and complain the whole time and be rude . I told a few people about the incident and they all asked if it was the old lady and described what she looked like. And all said they hate going to the post office when she’s working because she is the meanest lady ever . I will drive the extra 20 minute to Lapeer so I don’t have to deal with this lady again! I hate doing bad reviews but this lady was awful. And not first time she has been this way. I would look to hire someone else because clearly she hated her job.

Ditto - I had the same bad experience 2 years ago as well, when we moved to Attica, this lady preceded to tell me who I could have on my PO Box and how it was illegal to have anyone who didn't reside in my home and rudely stated that is how people fraud the insurance companies. At the time, I had a kid in college, one getting married. We had just moved to new home and were trying to get mailing address situated. It was not a pleasant experience and found out that mail that was addressed to my kids was sent back. I have never had so many issues just trying to get my mail. It has gotten better since we moved. I believe that lady has retired or move to a different location because I haven't seen her there lately which is a relief.
