A package was delivered today at my home and the carrier threw the package in a puddle of water five feet from my porch, the contents of the package was ruined from the water ! I attempted to call the Algonac post office many times and no one answered the phone at any time... what in the world is going on ? Is this going to be the new norm from this post office ? No customer service at all and carriers who ruin mail by throwing packages in the water rather then go five feet from the sidewalk and place it on a dry porch !
