I went to post office to pick up a package that I thought was going to be delivered to my door. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant, but the woman out back was rude, angry and condescending. She could have at least been polite when she told me that if I “continue” to get mail there, I need to establish a local mailing address. I am a homeowner in town, but this is not my primary address. My intention was to have it delivered to my home, not the post office.

I cannot get through on the phone. I am told my package is not there when at the PO by a person, but tracking says it is. I have something I need for work I urgently can someone please email me ASAP? This is very frustrating.
