I was supposed to receive a pkg 9/12. The pkg arrived at the Lewiston Post office at 6:28 am. My pkg is going to Sumner Maine address. Well, it went to the Lewiston Post office to pick up my pkg as i was told it was there. Well, the man at the window said they did not have it. He did not even go look for it. I have a catheter in my heart and that pkg contained flushes to prevent me from getting blood clots in my heart & I could die.. The postal service I will be responsible if this happens.

When will I be able to get my passport. Could I please get a direct number from Post office in Arch Street in Lewiston Maine. Please Respond, Thank you.

I haven't received any mail for over 4 days now, can you let me know what's going on, because it is highly unusual that I did not receive any mail and my neighbors have been receiving theirs.

I sent a certified letter to a large company's (Irving Oil) PO Box at the Lewiston post office. USPS tracking shows it was received at the PO early on 2.2.23. USPS Tracking shows that as on 2.9.23 it is still not "out for deliver." I have had problems previously with mail sent to this PO box not being received for weeks. Is there a persistent issue that I should know about? I noticed that most of the comments listed below are very critical of service at this post office.

They never pick up the phone

This post office is complete trash. They come deliver my mail and leave my packages, they come deliver other mail, they leave my outbound packages, i schedule pickups, they don't show up. I have hd to call over 10x for them to come back and get my packages. I say mail workers get min wage until they can figure out how to do the easiest job on the planet! DIsgusted.

The postal person for Montello st. is placing packages on top of mailboxes that are along side of the street.Just left right in plain view placed on top for anyone to steal that walks down the street, This should not be done

the mailman put my mail in apartment 6 mailbox when mine is clearly marked apartment 4 tell your saturday 10/30/2021 my box has a 4 inch number 4 in white on black mailbox ask them to take a dam eye test

Why did the post office not deliver mail on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 ? The mail person on Wednesday said there was too much mail to deliver and they were unable to deliver all routes .

The USPS in Lewiston Maine is complete bullsh*t. I went in to ask about my package. First off, the supervisor on duty didn’t know shit. They refused to look for my package and said it would be delivered the next day. The f**king people there are shit workers. Wow. Completely unimpressed. I wish for you to tell that fat man in a plaid shirt supervisor that he should do his job.
