Every staff member we’ve ever interacted with was patient, knowledgeable, offered suggestions, always always upbeat, sincere, pleasant and positive! But it doesn’t end there... We have also been blessed with the most caring, conscientious mail carrier we’ve EVER known! Her name is Ruth (Adams, I believe) and Art and I truly admire and respect Ruth. She’s professional and efficient, kind, concerned for ALL her patrons, and we truly love everything about this lady! She’s NOT just our Carrier... Ruth is our friend...EVERYBODYS friend, beloved by all of us! She knows everyone’s name, asks about their recovery if they’ve been ill, always let’s us know if she’s going to be on vacation so we don’t worry about her, is punctual, always representing your Facility in a positive and professional manner, and we are so proud to call her our Carrier...and our friend.
