I don’t live anywhere near here in fact I live around 1400 miles away my package has been stuck at this location for days for no reason that I can think of other than maybe they lost it ? It’s very annoying as I was wanting it for something I have in a few days but for all I know it could still be in Maine by then

These people are refusing to deliver my mail. Why? Because my dogs (inside) bark when the mailman comes. Honest. Dogs bark at the UPS truck, mailman, etc. Having the person in charge call me? She won't. And anyone answering the phone when I call? Forget it. Everyone just seems hostile. Will go higher. And higher. And attorney.

Can't get anyone to answer the phone and can't understand why the delivery driver keeps leaving my packages out in the rain instead of walking three more steps to leave it under the cover of my dry porch. I get it's not your items getting soaked, it's not your afternoon wasted while trying to get brand new items replaced, ultimately not you're problem, but its a shame that this is what has become of the USPS. I suppose doing the job you are paid to do with a little respect to the customer is too much to ask for in this modern world.

Can’t get through to the post office. They are not answering the phone! I have called 3 times and it just rings and rings. I’m calling about a missing package that says it’s been delivered but it’s not here!

Amazing window service. A package from Amazon, with the USPS as the final carrier, was supposed to arrive on a Thursday. It didn't. I was leaving for a trip on Friday, and needed the item for my travels. Hoping against hope, I went down to the post office mid-morning, bringing the necessary information, and asked "Mike, the clerk" if there was anything that might be done, e.g., it would probably be against policy, but I would meet the truck on its route etc. Mike said, "let me check." He went back, involved Katie, and to shorten the story, they were able to find my package, which, despite Amazon's faulty tracking info, had not yet been loaded on to the truck. Fortunately, there was no line, so they weren't disrupting other people. And they did all this with a smile and an engaging manner. This is typical of our experience with the Brunswick P.O.

I have resent the same package three times to a friend who has lived at the same address in Brunswick for 3 years. Each time it is tracked to say it is in her mailbox - but isn't!! Instead it is returned to me that the address and individual is unknown . Does the postperson have a clue what they are doing. Saying it has been put in the mailbox and then returning it to me?????

I gave the postman a mail forwarded address card on December 21st forwarding our mail starting n December 23rd. We continued to get mail until the 26th when I wrote two notecards to him to stop delivery and that I had given him a forwarding card earlier in the week. Our son has checked and the mail has stopped in Brunswick but so far we haven’t received any here in Florida. Should I just keep waiting or can you check and make sure it is being forwarded?

We live on Hovey Lane in Brunswick and have not received mail since Wednesday, December 16, 2020. We have placed cards and a prepaid package in the mailbox for the post person to pick up. What's going on? This is VERY POOR service!

On Sept 12, 2020 you postmarked the back of my envelope addressed to the Bruns SDA Church and returned it to me. "wrong address" I had written "P O Box 281"....instead of "280". Now you tell me, how many SDA churches are in Brunswick? That's the type of service Americans are paying for?....you can't put an envelope one box removed? If an employee working for any other company did such sloppy work they'd be fired. And you wonder, no doubt, why the P.O. has such a bad reputation. With this kind of service I have no wonder about it.

Sounds like you should have just written the correct number and saved yourself, and everyone else a whole lot of trouble. FWIW I probably would fire you if you weren't able to write three numbers correctly.

I was late mailing a gift to my great-granddaughter for her birthday, To complicate things, she lives in Monterey, CA. The fires have not spread to their area, but I wasn't sure how they would affect mail delivery .I expected it to take at least a week, if then. My package was delivered in 3 days. Couldn't believe it! I appreciate the great service during this difficult time.

I was in the post office yesterday, and I was distressed about certain things that have to do with safety in the time of corona virus. A worker came out of the back without a mask. There was a customer without a mask. Everyone in the building should be wearing masks, for the safety of both customers and workers. The line was long. For most of my wait there was one window open. The safest thing is to try to get customers in and out as quickly as possible as exposure time is a factor in spreading the virus. You need to up your safety procedures. It's essential, since there's no real competing option for people to go to if they feel unsafe. Sinecerely, JB

My husband and I filed to have our mail forwarded to Florida during the winter. We went to Florida at the end of December and are still trapped there. In the 3+ months we have been here, we have received less that 25% of the magazines that we normally received, have never received documents such as the census paperwork from the government, bills from various Maine businesses etc....Why????????Can't they figure out how to forward all of our mail??????

The postmaster, Tim, is new at Brunswick PO and he has been tremendously helpful to me on more than one occasion as we work to sort out some delivery questions for our HOA. He has been thoroughly knowledgable, courteous, clear, and helpful. Very happy always with the customer service at this post office. Their carrier to our neighborhood, Randy, is exceptional, also. He has done our route for a number of years and does everything he can to get our mail to us in a timely manner.

I have been unable to get through to the post office via telephone. After transferred to operator. It simply rings, rings and rings. I have a simple quick question and I can not get an answer. (Unless I drive there). Unfortunately transportation us not a option right now. So frustrated! My opinion, it's bad business. Sincerely, Annoyed Customer

who ever delivered my mail today jammed it in the box so tightly that my key would not fit in to open the box. I had notification that a package I was expecting had arrived but I couldn't get it due to the incompetency of the mail deliver. Now I need to go to the PO to have them deal with this problem Monday. This is not the first time I've had problems with mail delivery.

This is the Worst Post Office that i have ever had encountered in 65 years! Very Poor Customer service. The person who sorts mail and delivers to Maquoit Rd. in Brunswick, Maine 04011 needs to be fired and replaced by somebody who is more customer and service oriented.

Great place. I have done a lot of shipping through here, selling various things online. While there are lines at times it does go by fast. The Post Master is very nice as well. I enjoy using the Brunswick Post Office.

Whomever delivered the mail for our residents today did a TERRIBLE JOB. The mail was left in a mail container instead of being put into the individual mail boxes. Every box is noted with a name and number - THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE MAIL TO BE DELIVERED IN THIS MANNER. Our regular mail carrier is on vacation and this DOES NOT EXCUSE THE WAY THE JOB WAS DONE TODAY.

I phoned Nick Supervisor of mailcarrier for Mere Point Rd Female Short Blonde Dyke of Brunswick ME 04011 to report She Criminally trespassed on my property in the Federal Mail vehicle while Mrs. Gregory Gimbles wife sat in her car at 1147 Mere Point Rd. I saw a approx 6 year old UNDERGROUND sex child come onto my property, go into the mail vehicle and then I saw this Female federal employees take down her pants and then the childs head disappeared. I screamed out and the child ran back to Mrs. Gregory Gimble's property, known Lesbian and Pedohphile child trafficker. Then this wackjob drove away. I have also been a victim of this employee , in concert with her cell of Lesbians/Pedophile/WHIPPER including Gimble MS Powers and multiple other Pedophile/Child MUrderer/Whipper section members infecting the whoed peninsula, FOR DECADES. This morning, this FELONY PSYCHPATH is ON THE JOB as USUAL signifying NICK's membership(the "supervisor" of the mailcarriers) in the PEDOPHILE CHILD MURDER TORTURE WHIPPER section of ORGANIZED CRIME encompassing over 7,000 members of the 11,000 population in Brunswick. If this employee, who has attacked drugged me paralyzed, defenseless, beat me until my heart stopped(MURDER) needing CPR to be revived, only to be the beaten sex slave and beaten down again is ON MY LAND AGAIN WITH A NO TRESSPASSING SIGN STARING HER IN THE FACE I WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO DEFEND MY LIFE AS SHE HAS ALREADY PARTICIPATED IN RAPE ATTEPMTED MURDER. Acceptance is admittance. Clean up the United States Post Office as they go around on Federal monies, taxpayers monies, getting a quicky licky from a baby.

OH my GOODNESS???? that this happened.....or that you said the word "D" when you have the name "children" as your profile name......what the literal heck? i doubt that IF this did happen to you- was an actual usps worker, probably someone - people POSING as one.....i'm sorry IF it did happen...no offense man, you just sound WAY too "out there" and your story the same, for it to be true....especially if it's here in brunswick, maine BUT for an actual REAL review: the brunswick, maine post office on pleasant street.....has always been super friendly.....i can't imagine the STUFF customers (with attitude) they have to deal with on the "daily!!!".... one of the gentleman workers, one time even saved me a stamp- which might seem like "Nothing" but when you're pay check to pay check health care worker (for seniors here in brunswick) like me? EVERY little bit helps.....last week i went in, and it'd been awhile since i really sent out a package.....he (i think it was the same guy) was REALLY nice, patient and super helpful.....even though i PUSHED it and got there around 10 minutes before their closing time! it'd been awhile, so i had even stupidly maybe, come there with my package not taped up, he was VERY patient and told me (with-OUT making me feel stupid, which is HUGE for me!!!!) HOW to do what i needed to - AND got me the BEST deal, AND for some reason THAT package got to the destination, in UNDER a week.... HOWEVER i ordered from an overseas company, and that was before jan 12th, 2021.!!!!......i STILL haven't gotten it, and i realize covid complicates EVERYTHING- especially over seas packages....however usps website tracking info says it's apparently been STUCK in NJ since the 12th!!!! i called the brunswick line- and GOT a real person, however all she could suggest was to be patient, and IF i STILL haven't gotten my package in another week, to please try and call again.....EVERYONE in the office (and lobby/waiting area/line) btw, in the brunswick, maine USPS anyway, was wearing a MASK- AND the "Right" way too i'll add- haha!) thank you brunswick usps, for dealing with this "Covid STUFF" and weird-ass customers like this poor guy above....hopefully i wasn't "One of them" STAY SAFE Keep up the good work
