The staff at the Shady Side post office are awesome! They are helpful, informative, and make complicated shipping rules easier to navigate. They display customer service which is in short supply at most places these days. We love you!!!
my carrier is always friendly and positive. the staff at the office are helpful and friendly as well. the ladies have gone the extra step on several occasions to assist myself and my husband. i love my small town post office.
The mail carrier cannot seem to close my mailbox. i have been to the post office 3 times and complained about this. today i had to get pieces of mail out of my ditch. i feel i do not have to confront the carrier about this but if it continues i will. the mail box door clicks shut if shut correctly. Maybe they need to be properly trained. i also came into to the post office a week or so ago about a certified letter sent from the edgewater post office on 7/27/2021 and was never received. i was told it was in glen burnie and they would check on it and let me know where it is, i haven't heard from anyone 7019 2970 0001 1360 5728 I would like a call tomorrow to resolve these matters 410-991-0668 Jason Sellars
Why can I not get through to this post office by phone? Phone rings for a long time and then goes to busy signal. This has been going on since last week!
I looked it up online and it says the lobby at the Shadyside post office is open from 12:01 to 11 :59 for PO Box access !! And they still lock the loby doors at 5 pm !!! That is FREAKING BS !!!!!
WTF does the lobby at the Shadyside post office get locked at 5 pm ??? We should have access to our PO Boxes 24 hours a day !!! How can I check my maukl daily when I get off work at 5 pm and the close the lobby area at the post office at the same time ??? What a JOKE !!! SHADYSIDE SUCKS !!!!
BS !!!! Says on here you have access to PO Boxes and Lobby from 12:01 to 11:59 Bahahahahahah not even close !!! They lock up the Lobby and PO Boxes at 5 pm Monday thru Friday !!! And even earlier on Sat and they are closed on Sundays ..... Which if you ask me is complete BS !!!! What about people that have PO Boxes for their daily mail and don't get off work till 4 or 5 pm ???? How the hell are we suppose to get our mail when you lock up the PO Boxes at 5 pm !!! We should have access to our PO Box 24 hours a day !!!
