Apparently, through CNE (?), you delivered my package to … somewhere in Severna Park, via USPS on Aug.26th. I live in Illinois. My shipping address was for IL. Tracking Number# DY0100060963287 Can anyone help ?

Good morning! This isn't a review, but a simple request. At the Magothy location, the parking lot arrows have disappeared or faded to the point where people don't realize it's a one way--in to the right and loop around. There isn't enough room for it to be two ways, and people are a little angry lately. Can you please repaint the arrows so it's clear?Thank you!

I have not received mail in four days. I don't understand how this happens, I can see one and at the most two but four days !!! I've lived in Severna Park for 38 years and have never experienced this before.

On today, 6/7/21, I contacted this post office for assistance with a package which tracking show is pending at this location. I began calling the post office at 900am, I called 11 times and 6 of those times someone picked up the phone and hung-up. At my 11th time calling someone picked up the phone, I requested a manager, was placed on hold for for over 40 minutes and the manager never picked up the phone. Is this the way employees of public service treat the public?

I have not been receiving some of my mail. Don't believe it is the "mail person". I am here and have a visual ckeck because she puts a lot of stuff in the box. Verizon calls have been a particular problem and I believe based on the crap I received when I asked for a copy of an over bill and a second call to get a mailing address, they were remiss in their duties.

The postal employee working front desk Annapolis Post Office is the worst. How can someone so rude, arrogant & nasty have a job with costumer service @ that branch. Shame on whoever hired her.

I phoned the Severna Park office about a package that was not received. The staff was extremely rude. Neither would not give me their names, claimed to be the supervisor and had a difficult time connecting me to their postmaster. Our father worked at headquarters in Wash. DC. I will be getting in touch with the postmaster general and the mail fraud department on this matter.

I have been away. I requested delivery of held mail for today, March 5. My neighbor got mail; I did not. I will be late paying bills and incur charges because my instructions were not followed.

Mail delivery: NONE on Friday, December 6th, December 7th, only 3 pieces. I was informed that eye drops "were delivered" on December 6th. Obviously, not so. Where is our mail????

Less than a week ago my outgoing mail clip disappeared when I got my mail picked up! It was a clip that just said (outgoing mail stamped on the metal )Is it possible that you have such things in the post office? That was the original clip from 1958’

I received no mail today. An amazon package was supposed to be delivered and the site said that the post office was unable to deliver the package. It was just a small belt that would have fit easily in the mailbox. No other mail came either. I know our regular carrier is gone this week, so that means no mail? Our house is on the main road with no issue getting to our house or mailbox all day.

I like to register a complaint on my mail delivery for the last few days. I live at 502 Benforest Dr West. I had not receive any mail for the last few days. Today June 26 I went out to get the mail when I heard the Mail truck. She drove right pass my mail box and I had to chase her down the street to get my mail. I suspect this happen yesterday as well. I know part of the problem is the parking situation in the cull-de-sac . I have only a 30 foot frontage that includes a drive way. We try to park our car in front of the driveway to create more room. However, our next door neighbor park several cars in front of their house. Today they had some work men over. This sometimes creates limited access to our mailbox. This does not happen like this ever day. I have had no problem with past postmen and I have try to meet the truck to eliminate them getting out of their truck. But being in a circle there is limited thins I can do. I not the only one with this problem.

June 11, 2019 at 1 PM one of your post hole driver is parked in a loading unloading handicapped zone. Not only blocking the car is parked next to it from being able to get Handicapped people in and out of the car. She also blocked the ramp to the sidewalk. Making it difficult to get wheelchairs up over the sidewalk. This happened at 650 Ritchie Highway in Severna Park Maryland. Truck number 3308547. I did call the post office to make a complaint today. But the person on the phone did not even as my name. So I don’t think it went any further. I know there are different laws when it comes to postal drivers . But I do know that they have to follow ADA laws!

I had two items in the order. My husband was in the yard when the postal carrier left mail in our mail box. She left a note saying I had to pick the package up at the post office. It was HEAVY. Amazon can't be shipping items through USPS that your delivery people won't deliver. The reason I order from Amazon is the convenience of having it delivered to my home. I took the notice to the post office. Postmaster was gone for the day. I had a note on the notice saying Return to Amazon. Amazon is crediting my account upon return receipt of the products. Our mail service has continually gotten worse over the past year or so. Everyone in the neighborhood gets each other's mail. I almost never get the Better Homes and Gardens magazines I pay for. This is just the epitomy of bad service.

I got no mail on Saturday at all in Old Mill. If tis was a once off i could almost understand but the service in this area is an absolute disaster... Something must be done this is totally unacceptable....who do I contact?

I've had mail stolen and checks altered somewhere in the pickup from my mailbox & delivery process. Also, it is quite common to receive mail which has previously been opened and resealed with tape. Recently, I received an empty box with the merchandise missing. I recommend anyone who suspects mail tampering report it to the United States Postal Inspection Service (https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/).

Live on Jandon Court in Millersville. The postal person speeds down the road and through the cul de sac. Tried to flag her down, because she speed right past my mailbox that had the flag up. Totally ignore me, calling and waving my arms. She needs to slow down, there are small children on our street and take the ear buds out, so she can hear what's going on.

No mail delivery for 3 days now. Called and informed 3 staff were working to correct issue. Attempt to file problem online cannot be completed because system doesn’t work. Contacting MVA and court system to let them know mail can’t be relied upon. Contacting congressman and The Capital to request formal inquiry.

Sign on door said to go to odenton po for my mail Daphne Ayers box 1137 Millersville md 21108 Went there they said go to Severna Park Magothy rd sp Called them they said after I gave my name yes we have your mail went there NOI Mail...I have not had any mail for 3 weeks I have bills and personal mail mags and bank statements. I really need help here thkanks

Mental note for the public: Make the attempt to never mail anything out by truck in December & early January. If you select any mailing process other than priority mail, it WILL NOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME. This being my first time, I selected the usual 5 day mailing process & it took a month & plus to be delivered on time. It went back & forth to some processing office in NC twice, then came back to Capitol Heights, MD & is now in transit nowhere. I spoke to the manager & the customer service of the Severna Park post office & they were all clueless as to any reasons of the discrepancy & delays. I don't believe anyone deserves the position of manager or an employee of a post office if they let their customers & themselves waste time & money without reason. Extremely disappointing. Be prepared.

We put two 6x8' Manilla envelopes In the PO Box at St Ives Dr. and Benfield on No 19 for two different addresses. To date neither party has received theirs. I can understand one being lost in the mail- but two! Is the box checked periodically to see if something is laying in the bottom?

I have been using the SP post office to mail out my business items for nearly 20 years now. The people in the office are very helpful from packaging, pricing options, and securing / tracking my packages. I appreciate what you guys do for the community.

This is tor report that a postal employee delivering a certified letter to my address on Saturday, September 20,2014 and did not get an answer at my door, threw the certified notice on the ground near my mailbox. I saw the notice as I was backing my car out of my driveway. I picked it up and placed it in my mailbox to retrieve it when I got back. This is unprofessional service unexpected of the USPS.
