I just spent 45 minutes standing in line to mail a three day priority letter. When I got in line there was only four people in front of me. One man did all the work with a woman pretty much doing nothing except barking orders about where people are supposed to go. If she had done her job and really helped out there wouldn’t have been 14 people in line when I left.
another package said delivered on 11/30/019 at 530 no package cant find tracking number in system this is the 2nd time we have not gotten our packages. someone is home all the time whats the excuse this time
Here we go again - another package not delivered - this time says addressee unknown even though I'm in the computer (tracking) - nothing has changed to my address.
Maybe the USPS does need competition - The chat help is like talking to a wall
The mail is constantly misdelivered. My mail is being delivered to my neighbor. Something is seriously wrong with the sorting or the mail carrier. Either way, a credit card was sent to me in early July and I never received it. Mail being delivered to the wrong addressed is a security risk. Today my neighbor gave me eight pieces of mail that was delivered to her townhome today. This is unacceptable. I am hopeful that this situation will be resolved. Thank you.
Whoever is delivering in walker house is messing up like crazy my mail is getting lost. Sometimes I will get the neighbor’s mail delivered in my mailbox. This is getting out of hand. My package was delivered 2 days ago but I haven’t received it
Whoever is the delivery driver for mail on grazing way in Montgomery village needs a new driver because my ID was supposed to come today September 12, 2018 and they left me a sorry we missed you letter in the mailbox but never came up to my door for me to sign for my ID so now I have to do a whole redelivery for tomorrow for them to bring it they said that they came at 11:52 AM but my mailman came here and usually comes here at 4 o’clock or 3:00 PM so now I have to be out and about all morning walking around waiting for my mailman this is unacceptable !
Whoever has the route for Shadow Oak Court, you need to tell your carriers to put the mail INTO THE MAIL BOX. I received a package today (July 12, 2017), and the carrier FIRST WENT TO THE WRONG HOUSE -- when he read the address label, he went to the right address AND JUST TOSSED THE PACKAGE ONTO THE FRONT STEP. He could not have been bothered to take a few extra steps and put it into the mail box. You all need some training.
