Postal Locations

Mail person never takes outgoing mail, even when the mail is hanging out of the mailbox in full view. Also they keep leaving the mailboxes completely open, I live in an apartment and have a real issue with everyones mail being unlocked. They also scan packages and say delivered before they deliver them!!

Mail person left a delivery on top of my mailbox along a very busy street. I am disappointed the individual did not put the package inside the mailbox because it could easily have fit.

We live at 20 Ali Dr in Middletown MD and have been having issues with our service. I have called the PO and have been told that we do not have a new carrier. It is now Saturday at 1PM and we have not received our mail or ours in box picked up. The last several days it has been close to 4 PM. A neighbor up the street walked down 2 pieces of mail that belonged to us and was put in his mailbox. One was a bill and the other a check. We have been expecting another check that was mailed from Smithsburg MD on 9/11 and STILL is not here. I do not appreciated being lied to about delivery person and treated like "you will get your mail so just wait "attitude. We always have ALL of our mail daily between 11:30 and 1:30 PM. I do not buy stamps or mail packages from Middletown as I have not been happy with counter. I PAY for POSTAGE and I expect the service that should go with it. I guess you have not figure out an app to do your job of delivery so we have to deal with this. NOT A HAPPY PERSON. I know several of my neighbors are filing complains elsewhere. Yesterday, 12/6, in all the rain, our mail deliverer put a package on the porch (well half way on the porch). I have seen him stand at the bottom of the ramp and throw packages on the porch. This one didn't quite make it. It was absolutely water-logged. Luckily, we found it before everything got ruined. I realize this is not an easy job, especially this time of the year with so many deliveries. But, if I would do something like that, which is my job, I would be fired. I Have Been Waiting For My Mailbox Key For 3 Weeks Now. Went In At 101Pm To Hopefully See If They Had It. The Old Miserable Hag Behind The Counter Laughed At Me And Then Told Me She's Going To Lunch. Worst Post Office Ever. Terrible First Experience In Middletown.

Ok, I am in total agreement that Middletown Post Office is the worse run Post Office I have ever seen. And I am from rural Idaho where people are really spread out.
I nice lady dropped of my package that they delivered to her house just last night.
I have delivered mail all over Middletown that wasn't mine. Especially the next mail box down from mine where they seem to always get off address and apparently cannot actually read.
My husband emailed regional and complained and then they called him and b****ed him out for not calling them first. Uhh!
Please straighten up.

So never ever call the middletown md post office the customer service there is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Theres two aged ladies there who will not help you, cut you off 24/7 while talking to them, put you on hold right after they ask you a question and then just hang up! Middletown, MD is the worst if not one of the worst branches of the USPS! AND to top it all off these woman have worked there for reason have been complained about many times by the whole community but arent even fired! THEY THEM SELVES HAVE EVEN THROWN OUT PACAKAGES!
