This post office in Lusby, MD, 20657 threw away a package that was supposed to be forwarded to our new address. The package even had a phone number to call. It's much easier to throw it in the trash than try to deliver it. Thanks a lot, we will have to purchase it again. Very disappointing.
Last January and told them I moved back address .but they did not change from old address to new address since I don’t get any mails since December 2022. I went back post office again 3 week ago .
I never received very important letter . What a mess
I had two packages to be delivered on same day one was put in mailbox just for the mail person to drive to house and deliver the second that was never found and no compensation for my 30.00 stencil or explanation so I’m sure there was no reprimand either
I find the employees at the Lusby Post Office are very pleasant and accomodating. People have posted they won't even give you tape..that's not their job and if they supplied everyone with tape, our stamp prices would go up! You know you are mailing a package..bring your own darn tape!!
Christmas card was delivered to my son. Package was ripped open and 2 Visa cards removed. Package was not marked damage in route. However it was delivered damaged.
Well if you like reviving your packages this post office is not for you. out of 10 packages you may receive 3 to you home they seem to deliver your items to incorrect homes on a regular. I have lost many items due to their incompetence.
LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE...the staff is rude and unaccomdating. They won't even give you tape to tape up your box as a one time courtesy.
They lack quality customer service big time and they find reasons not to be helpful to you
Its obvious that their jobs have become nothing more than a nine to five job and nothing else.
Why doesn’t the Lusby Post Office deliver mail to my neighborhood in Chesapeake Ranch Estates? This makes no sense. Why am I required to pay for a P.O. Box at the office? I have never before been in a place where the USPS refuses to deliver mail to the home.
Took OVER a month for keys to my mailbox that I had to pay for in advance and was supposed to take 2 or 3 business days. Packages always getting lost and/or tampered with. Staff is unfriendly. In my opinion they need an entirely new staff and buy a darn mail truck and stop giving my packages to random crack heads to deliver!
In past few months we have received several envelopes and packages that were clearly tampered with. Including my little boys birthday card that the money was removed from. Today i received an envelope from my bank about my mortgage info witch of course was opened this is unacceptable. Someone in the post office is tampering with my mail. I also have not received a expensive package from amazon witch they have refunded me for again unacceptable. Something must be done cause i can't trust my post office!
My fiancé sent me a package through this post office and I hadn't received it after almost a month so he finally went back and asked why and they informed him that an employee had crushed the box and just tossed it out and covered it up by saying he took care of it. My fiancé was not given any notification after paying $30 for me to receive a package. The manager told him they would ship the next package for free but I do not ever want another package if it going through these people. That is unacceptable and my fiancé was told this was not the first time the employee did this.
