This is the worst system how hard is it to read a letter and put the correct mail in the mail box for that person? also how hard is it to close a mail box door on your property instead they leave the door open mail blows out or gets wet from the rain due to lazy employees. if this was their mail this would not happen. Can't call anyone to complain no one cares or answers the phone or return messages.

Absolutely rotten service. My wife requested Hold Mail beginning 09/17/2018 and ending on 10/02/2018. The confirmation number was: CAH324436068. None of our mail was held. Our neighbor was thoughtful enough to check and collect our mail. The mail contained several checks and other sensitive documents. What was the cause of this and how can it be avoided in the future?

They are JUST HORRIBLE!!!!!! They never answer the phone and when they do they have an attitude.
