Postal Locations

Horrible service. We have only lived in the area 7 years and this post office cannot get anything right. Constantly delivering our mail to the wrong address (on Solomons Island Road) or not at all. Mail and packages that have never been found. Birthday and holiday cards with checks and gift cards that have never been delivered or found. Just received a small box that was not damaged but clearly both flaps on the bottom of the box were ripped open as if pulled by hand and left that way in our mail box. Fortunately contents was not significant. However, same day carrier indicated another tracking number was delivered with more expensive items but was not in the mail box. Not to mention when you call or go there the employees are extremely rude. They treat you as it you are an inconvenience. When questioned about missing packages it is even worse. Even when you prove that your packages were thrown in a pile in no order (had 5 missing packages at Christmas found in various places withing their building). They need to get competent and honest carriers for the Harwood area and courteous employees in the office.

I have just called your positive branch at 4:43 and the lady that answered the phone was varry rude the whole time and was agitating me to the point I had to hang the phone on her I was calling to complain about a note in our mailbox about our mailbox is to full and our mail was returnd that we have over 15 packages and we never received a slip stating there is Anny package and the lady on the phone continued to cause us of not empty g our mailbox when we empty check and empty it daily an she started to get more rude and louder he have not received Anny mail within the past 3-4 days and also some one has Ben home all week an no one had tried to come to our house to deliver anything
