Absolutely ridiculous people, I'd say learn the law but learn basic human decency first. And maybe stop lying on police reports.

I hope to see and hear that the postal people of this post office have been trained properly! What a terrible situation to put someone through having the tyrannical police department come and arrest a man in June of this year. Not even even knowing or displaying the poster #7.

I just called the post office and asked if the employees had been educated after the very disturbing video of their conduct was posted, and had asked if they had been educated because my teenage daughter is scared to go there alone now and they hung up the phone on me. These people are nothing but thug tyrants.

Learn the constitution.

You are allowed to film in publicly accessible areas on all public property. Period. It's a constitutional right, and it's literally stated on poster 7 that filming is allowed in the lobby. As to the other citizens in the office at the time, they don't have any privacy rights in public either. Hense why they are all being recored by security cameras. Smh

You are allowed to photograph in public areas of the post office only with permission and only if not prohibited by authorized personnel. The constitution doesn’t give anyone unfettered access to do what they want when they want. Nor does the constitution say anything about photography, public, or the post office, that’s covered in the rules and regulations of the post office.

Kudos to the post office employees and Hagerstown police for handling the individual who wouldn't stop recording when asked nicely multiple times to do so. We have rights but no one has unfeathered rights. Poster 7 clearly states in the Other Restrictions section that authorized personnel can prohibit photography/recording inside the post office and so does the 2018 DHS memo. So good job and keep up the good work.

Fake statement. Crafted by one of the staff on the video. Go re read poster 7 that you clearly have hiding away in the back room so no one can see the hypocrisy.

It’s not a fake comment and poster 7 states in the specific restrictions section that photographs can be taken unless prohibited by signs, security force personnel, a judge’s order, or other authorized personnel. In this case other authorized personnel clearly stated multiple times photos were not allowed.

It’s very understood NOW why the employees do not want to be recorded. They profile and great law abiding citizens like peasants. They work for me. Next.

All employees here should be fired. Rude and inconsiderate to the public. Violating the constitutional rights of Americans, and violating the rules and conduct on postal property. These jerks work for the American taxpayers on taxpayer funded property.

SHAME on all of you. You are awful! You are liars! You are the worst of our country! I did not fight for this country so that s-head like you could trample on people constitutional rights. Your post master needs to go. RE the Long Island Audit

You people display what is wrong with America. One would think you of all people would adhere to federal laws and the constitution but alas I have seen you act like tyrants. Shame on you! People have fought and died for our freedoms, and it appears to me you defecate on their graves. I will closely follow this event and share it with others.

You are an embarrassment to the United States. Violating 1st Amendment rights and refusal to acknowledge your own federal policies. At least have the courage to post the postal policies, as you should, if your going to openly ignore them.

I just watched the video a male is filming your post office. U don't know your Rules and Regulations in Postal Property. Rules and Regulations is on the Poster 7. I really hope that male made a big complaint about u guys. If somebody film any post office in the USA also in Alaska and Hawaii is not illegal.

To the USPS flunkies at the post office in Hagerstown, MD, you people have failed in running your post office. There was no Poster 7 in plain view as seen in video recently produced by a 1st Amendment auditor. No USPS supervisor or Post Master had the intestinal fortitude to question this auditor. Your personnel contacted the Hagerstown PD TO deal with a non existent emergency and arrested the auditor. No city PD has jurisdiction on federal property, and taking video on postal property is a right codified in Poster 7. The only redeeming quality of the Hagerstown, MD post office is that your local Blue Line Mafia, known as the Hagerstown PD, may possibly exceed you in terms of ignorance and ineptness. Clean up your act!

You idiots are in deep, deep crap for what your entire office staff did to Long Island Audit. Are you people so incredibly stupid? I know you're libtards, but good Lord. You stupid people don't even know the PO's own ruless. Where is your Poster 7? Plus look up the 2018 memo put out by DHS giving "the public" the right to film on federal property. Lord you're stupid..... and how much do WE pay you? You're all self-serving, believing yourselves to be so entitled...... and are you all so stupid you don't know city police DO NOT have jurisdiction on federal property? Wow...... all you stinking libtards believe yourselves above everyone. You all need to get a grip on reality. THIS is America...... if you like authoritarian rule, leave America. Americans prefer FREEDOM from tyranny. You are ALL tyrants. And you're all disgusting human beings.

Whoever is delivering my mail decided they don’t even want to put it in the mailbox anymore. Multiple packages they either lay on the GROUND or hanging out the mailbox instead of putting a slip to go pick it up. I have had 3 packages stolen now. And they refuse to do anything about it despite all the people I’ve contacted about this. Should be sued!!!!

I missed placed my mailbox key and had to pay $35 for a replacement. Customer service guy did not tell me how long it would take, However i didn't ask either. He did say i would get a call once it was complete. Three days go by still haven't heard from anyone. I decided to go to the post office assuming maybe they just forgot to call. Once I got there the wait was 25 mins with only 4 people ahead of me. Once I got to the counter. I noticed how irritated the guy was. I kindly asked how long will it take to be replaced? Rudely he replied " I told you 2/3 business days. Excuse me but you did not tell me how long. He clearly wanted to argue and tell me what i was absolutely sure of. Instead of him communicating like a professional he chose to walk away from the counter. Meanwhile its now 7 days and still haven't heard anything back. trying to call all i get is the busy tone. If i would have known it would take this long i would have placed my mail on hold. To be very honest it should have been suggested dealing with mail. I am very disappointed with this service and his attitude along with not being able to speak with anymore.

I filled out a change of address sept. 8 2015. I waited until sept. 24, I called main post office they said they have no record of change of address and to call call Hagerstown post office to see if they were holding my mail. The guy answers and so no they are not holding my mail and returning it to sender.really I said My old mail man took the forwarding card and stopped delivering mail. so whos to blame! this guy starts yelling at me on the phone that he knows the mailman and he sent it to Virginia to be processed and if I have a problem call there. then tells me to come in and fill out another change of address card and a hold mail card really I'm not to be pissed at them. I was expecting important things. I lived in Williamsport awhile ago and someone went there and told the mail lady that they were to start picking up my mail and the the women said okay fill out a hold card and we will give it to you. well I was expecting a package and saw that it was delivered (picked up) at 9am that morning we went down to the post office and said what. she told us she has been giving it to someone that comes to pick up my mail. I said really so can i just pick up anybody's mail I want to. no she said you fill out a hold card and show your id. ok I said i want your mail put on hold and I will come pick it up with no worry about theft correct. No she said the hold has to be signed by the mail recipient. so the how did someone fill one out that was not me. She says we are a small town post office things like that dont happen here. Really I said after everything you just told me and YOU DID NOT FOLLOW THE RULES! YOU ARE A THIEF as well as the person that you were giving the mail to. we got the hold card signed by no one we new. and went to the police. and they said nothing they can do we called the post master general and he said he found no wrong doing. the post office is a joke and a bunch of THIEVES.

Wish I had a clue when my mail would be delivered.  When my regular carrier is off, sometimes my company mail is delivered 15 minutes before the end of the day.  This gives me 15 minutes to open, go through, take care of any checks, and then go to the bank.  What I am sayin is, I dont get to leave until 20 minutes late.  This is very frustrating, sometimes I have events for my child (that, once again, Im late).
