Postal Locations

USPS claims they delivered my package on Sat 10/9 to my front porch! Was home all day. Nothing was delivered to my mailbox or my neighbors, who we checked with. As of Mon, (even though a different package WAS delivered on a holiday) 10/11 the package is undelivered. No one in the neighborhood has it, but USPS claims they put it on my porch. It's not the first time this has happened. On top of that, our mail is frequently delivered to the wrong house. AND we frequently get other people's mail, other people's magazines. If I could've chosen how to deliver my package, it'd not have been through government mail. And to attempt to recover my undelivered package is going to be a nightmare!

Staff needs retrained- woman at from desk needs to be fired. Customer service is minimal at best & she’s never polite in any instance ive spoken to her or been in the office. If you don’t like your job, find another.

Package was mailed from NY on December 5. It arrived at the office on December 21 an as of today January 3 has still not been delivered to buyer.

Great Mills, MD post office needs to be restaffed or the workers need retrained. This is by far the worst postal office i have ever dealt with out of anywhere i have lived.
