I'm so sick of the lack of service and care at this locations, do not use this location! Every single item I've mailed out the past two weeks arrives broken although its packaged and doubled protected. Maybe it's because we put a FRAGILE sticker on it, they literally throw it like a frisbee in front of our faces. The service is awful, none of them want to be there working and they are not afraid to show it, its pathetic. Even if out of your way, go someone else. I think their goal is to run themselves out of business and I have no problem helping that happen.

After many misplaced letters, opened mail from Social Security, and bank checks that were placed in other peoples boxes I feel it necessary to voice an opinion about this branch. I have lived on this court for over 20 years and have been respectful of the postal carriers This last experience has taken the cake for me. Back around December or January I misplaced my mail box keys. I spent months looking everywhere for them. The carriers were very nice about giving me my mail when I met them at my box. But an incident occurred that made me purchase new keys. I was told by several postal carriers that I had to be home when the mail box was changed and I was. But to my dismay I did not receive my keys. The key box was changed but the keys were not given to me. In fact, I had to call the Rock Spring branch to find out when my keys would be given to me. I was told by a Mrs. Cornish that I would have to come in and get my own keys. I paid $ 40.00 for new keys and lost a day of work waiting for my keys. Now, I have to go and get them from the Rock Spring branch. On top of that, I was asked for my phone number so that the branch could notify me when they were coming to replace the lock. Out of all I the people I dealt with regarding this matter I feel that the supervisor and the postal carrier showed a lack of caring and respect for me concerning this situation. Most of the carriers have been very considerate towards me. I have been a public servant for over 33 years and have always tried to be respectful to everyone. Thank you and the dedicated members of the postal service.

Really wish PO Boxes were accessible later in the day. My business operates out of Forest Hill and it is very hard to get there between 6am and 5pm when I travel.
