The worst post office i've ever had to deal with. love everything about moving to this area except the absolutely terrible mail service i'm held hostage by. returns packages to sender in 5 days or less after first delivery attempt with no second/final notice, doesn't even attempt to deliver packages and won't knock or try, just leaves slips. won't honor redelivery requests submitted online. doesn't even update tracking when returning to sender after all that bs. Terrible.
Frustrating, I have tried to call and I never get a answer. I had a bang on my door the other day when a package was due to be delivered. It takes me a bit to get to the door due to surgery. I said coming, by the time I got to the door no one was there and no package. There wasn’t a note left to pick the package up at the post office. Our carrier is not nice he is very uncaring. I know it’s probably because of the area but we are not all the same.
The mailman who delivers at my house is the laziest POS ever. I've complained multiple times and nothing has happened. I've watched him pull up to my mailbox leave the paper for unable to get a signature in my mailbox, not even on my door and pull off... now I just watched him pull up to my house and keep going and the package that I was waiting for wasn't delivered. Said my mailbox was blocked. Total BS.. my trash can is to the right of the mailbox not in his way at all, enough for his lazy ass to pull up to or even get out, but o wait he doesn't do that... so I try to call the edgewood post office and guess what the phone just rang for 3 minutes straight no answer... I hate this post office and I hate this lazy ass mailman
Had a placed a hold mail in place - had to extend it. Had both confirmations. When I got back home - they delivered mail - never held my mail. Went to PO and they stated they never received extended notice. I said I have the confirmation in my hand. Alls they said was Sorry - was told by friends and family, that they sent mail to me and I never received. One was a card from my Grandma who actually pasted away and it would have been her very last card sent to me. So upsetting
packages never arrive when tracking says it did. Lost a laptop that was supposed to have been delivered to mail box.
Post Master seems to do nothing about this happening.
Has been at least 4 weeks, since the bad wind storm that damaged my cluster box in my development ! A Postal worker removed it, and every time we ask about it, all they say is "we don't know" when it will be replaced !
Very Nice Clerks At The Front Counter. I ship a number of packages throughout the month and the Clerks at the front counter always great me with a welcome and a smile. Great Job Ladies! Thank You For Your Service!
