Ok. I never complain and I don’t know where to take this... But Miss or Mrs Margaret....!!!! She needs to retiree or something Her hateful treatment and bad energy, absolutely ignorant and terrible customer service skills.... never saw someone like this!! She don’t deserve that job at all!! I have to challenge myself every time I need to go to that place. Today I went to pick my contacts... she was so worried about her lunch break she gave me wrong package!!! Never saw person working with so much bad energy and hate!!!!!

I thought it was just me until I read the review below. This post office has one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. Non friendly, barks at you when you go to pay for something if you don't tell her the amount of the bill your paying with. Can she not count? If not, she shouldn't work at the post office. Always sighing like your bothering her to mail something. Then barks at you to put the item on the scale with address facing her. When asked for pricing, she tells me and when I say the price is fine, she barks I'm not telling you that's the price, that's what it starts at. No wonder the post office is losing money. I'll never go to the Chaptico post office again. Maybe the women working there needs to retire if she hates her job so much. I think her name is Margret. Hateful worker.

This USPS service is the worst I have seen in my life of 65 years! The clerk named Margaret acts like a witch or something . Rude and very unknowledgeable. I sent a small package ( a CD) . She gave me a price. She gave me no receipt. I thought it was odd but was flabbergasted when the received had to pay postage due in order to receive it. Embarrassing. I tried to think it was a innocent oversight until I visited again today. I asked for a small priority box. She directed me to get it out of a box in the floor. After carefully watching me address the box then bring it to the counter she promptly said. " oh I can't do a thing with that! My computer is down. You have to go somewhere else. ???? Why didn't she say that when I first asked for the box?? She served several people as I was addressing the box. She said nothing to them!!. Maybe it's me . But I don't even know this lady. I've only been in there 3 times. I usually go to 20659 where I get excellent service just a longer drive but worth it!!! What a snob!!
