While trying to locate a lost package, Sam at the front counter was unhelpful and only seemed to care about another gentleman hanging in the lobby. After deciding to wait a few days with hopes my package would arrive, it did not. I began calling at 9am, with no answer, voicemail full or receiving a fax machine dial tone. Finally at 1:20pm, Sam answered the phone, I explained my situation again in which she then became very rude and hung up on me TWICE!!!! She only made excuses as to her normal carrier was on vacation and she was unable to track my package with the number given.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, on April 6th, 2020, I posted a package in 45219 from Essen-Kettwig Germany to Ella von Voss (Vicco von Voss), 145 Island Creek Road, Centreville, MD, 21617 an easter gift to my niece with a customs declaration. Can you tell me whether the package arrived with the shipment Number 5205/5777/1510 you? Second question, we got the package back at 12.4.2020 with the hint, not picked up. My cousin, Vicco von Voss, told me he didn't get a massage to pick up a package. IUnfortunarely it has been sent back to us. Can you tell me what happened? Normaly Letters last 11 days for arriving.
