I have a package that is a Christmas gift that has been sitting in your post office since Dec 8 tracking number is 9405509206094519404873. Why is it sitting in your office and not being sent out

So, I just done understand the communication, you put something on hold. Promised it will be held, and plot twist the important package you were told would be fine and held until you give a new adress is...STOLEN! Because it’s been delivered to a place you don’t live at! Even though you’ve placed the hold weeks ahead in advance, and your stolen package isn’t cared about because it’s something you can’t really replace!(: sheesh! You figure the normal thing to do is to COMMUNICATE. But noooooo. I’m just so disappointed and over it.

We would like to post a review on the male mail carrier Mr. MULLEN. This is the most ignorant disrespectful person I have encountered in a long time. He is unorganized and does not perform his duties correctly at all. Our mail keeps being placed in other boxes and we get mail that does not belong to us at all. He not only misplaced our mail but places it in separate buildings. Ridiculous. He needs to be retrained and reprimanded.

BUSH CHAPEL RD.ABERDEEN,MD Just another location in Aberdeen Md. that continuously time and time again no matter what is said or what is done we just seem like just another statistic in what seems to me to be just another bump in the road to these carriers of our very important letters, very important documents such as bills that need to be paid on time or we could face crazy amounts of money for late payments, higher interest amounts, and even worse yet cancellation and for what(?), something that we have absolutely no control over. Why is it that even bringing these problems to light over and over again the problems never seem to be fixed and just keep on happening no matter what.Even when the people and the problems are identified and known nothing ever seems to get any better and/or improved upon.Well,Maybe or at least hopefully in due time these problems may just work themselves out in the long run.Great thinking,NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We live on Graceford Dr and since about February we have been finding that the mail carrier has been getting the mail mixed up. We have had some of our mail go to our neighbors homes and their mail has been left at ours. Just this past week a very important motor vehicle notice for our neighbor was left at our house and then two fliers for two other different homes were in our mail box. That is three items placed at the wrong address in one week. Please help this mail carrier to be better organized. We fear that important mail is not going to reach the intended destination. Please help this carrier to be more efficient. Thank you for your help.

I’ve had two packages within the last month lost or delivered to the wrong address and this post office has done nothing to resolve the issue. I try to call for three hours yesterday and I’ve been trying for an hour today and no one even answers the phone. This place is a disgrace

I was extremely disappointed and angered by how (my perception) the amount of staff that was in the post office on Saturday, 16 December and their inability to assist with getting customers in and out of the post office. There was only one person (Teresa) working the counter, when asked if she could have some assistance, she was told no. I was there and I heard her ask and be denied. The lobby was full and out the door. She was alone and I could hear everyone else in the back laughing it up. I do not feel this is acceptable. I was told the post masters name is Michelle. She needs to be made aware of this and the fact that her staff was disproportionate to the amount of work and customers there were.

Resident - 546 Beards Hill Road - Saturday 6/3/2017 observed delivery of mail as postal employees had on cell phone head set and was obviously talking to a friend for several minutes. The mail deposited in my mail box was the mail for my neighbor at 548 Beards Hill Road. An hour or so later my other neighbor walked over with my mail as my mail had been delivered to them. I observed folks all over the neighborhood walking mail wrongly delivered to other houses. This has happened at least a dozen times over the past year and I'm disgusted and sick of it. It's not that hard to deliver to the correct address. I am asking that you take some action on this. I'm tired of not getting my mail. Thank you.

Please read the name on the change of address it's only for LENORD and ADA BODDY, No ONE ELSE!!!!!!!
