Extremely aggressive people working here, I love the Postal Service it makes me sad to see such a poor representation of such a hard working organization. I can't seem to get any healthy communication through without being hit with them inducing stupidity and inducing guilt. I tend to be quite understanding and reasonable, there is no reason to go this far out of the way to create hardships just to have mail safely delivered.

Have not received following item. 9449 -112 0250 8200 5294 18 shows delivered to box on 5/11/2022 at 13.01. Perishable item. 6 Days and do not have. Talked to Amanda 5/16. Please do something. They will die $approx $170.00 value. 978-302-5224 978-297-7077

Not sure why this is but packages are not being delivered to my house or mailbox even tho the tracking says an attempt was made. I've been home for the past few days closely monitoring the mailbox so I know there hasn't even been an attempt. When I called to see if I can go to the office to pick up my packages I was told - " no. It will be too difficult to locate them here. We will try to deliver them when we can."

Last month I had an occasion where I left mail to be picked up. It didn’t happen. Due to the holidays it ended up getting to the destination late and I was charged a late fee. That was December. Now is January 19, again I left a piece of mail in the mailbox to be picked up. And again it did not get picked up. What is going on with the postal service in Winchendon?
