Lately customer service has been NONEXISTENT! Items that have been shopped for over 40 years are being turned away. Forcing us to use an alternative shipping service. Items purchaced fir over 20 years....seems nobody knows anything about it.....possibly forcing us to purchase through Amazon.
How can we cobtinue SUPPORT our USPS when we are constantly met with either extremely rude or uneducated, uninformed Postal employees? Seems to me that the USPS would address this since you clearly need money & business.
Extremely aggressive people working here, I love the Postal Service it makes me sad to see such a poor representation of such a hard working organization.
I can't seem to get any healthy communication through without being hit with them inducing stupidity and inducing guilt.
I tend to be quite understanding and reasonable, there is no reason to go this far out of the way to create hardships just to have mail safely delivered.
Have not received following item.

Not sure why this is but packages are not being delivered to my house or mailbox even tho the tracking says an attempt was made. I've been home for the past few days closely monitoring the mailbox so I know there hasn't even been an attempt. When I called to see if I can go to the office to pick up my packages I was told - " no. It will be too difficult to locate them here. We will try to deliver them when we can."
Last month I had an occasion where I left mail to be picked up. It didn’t happen. Due to the holidays it ended up getting to the destination late and I was charged a late fee. That was December. Now is January 19, again I left a piece of mail in the mailbox to be picked up. And again it did not get picked up. What is going on with the postal service in Winchendon?
