I want to commend his efforts in finding my dads misdelivered ashes. He walked door to door in the neighborhood. Found them at wrong house number, wrong street and an unoccupied house. Thank you for your efforts!

Mailbox has been by the door over 17 years and mail lady wants to be lazy and does not want to walk up long driveway anymore and wants to hold our mail. Mother is handicap and cant walk down the driveway to get the mail. I called the supervisor and she stated she will call me back. It's been over a week and no call. Now my mail stop being delivered.

Postal carrier continously leaves packages pushed up against door so that it doesn't open or puts a lower box that cannot be seen from the door and puts it about 4 to 6 inches from the door so when you open it, you directly step on the box or trip. Also, have had packages that would not normally fit in mailbox be crushed and forced into the mailbox and jammed in so hard that you have to fight to get package out of box. It is just common sense to put package to the side of where door opens not directly in harms way. I needed N95 masks for my position and they were crushed as I watched the carrier force them into the mailbox.

Terrible counter coverage! I would think that the 9-10AM hour would be one of the busiest times for consumers mailing packages, etc. Yet there was only 1 postal employee to assist approx 10 waiting customers. Even though when I first walked in there were 3 employees. 2 of whom, and upon noticing the growing customer line, left their stations anyway. I simply don't get it.
