Very disappointed our mail driver keeps putting things as delivered and never delivering any mail. I’m supposed to have something important come in and this is getting ridiculous.

Today I was home on vacation and noticed our mail carrier pulling up to our mailbox to deliver mail. I decided to go out to the box to retrieve it. What do I find, a missed delivery ticket stating "sorry you were not home when we attempted to deliver your package". Do mail carriers even attempt to do their jobs? No one attempted anything. Easier just to shove a piece of paper in the mailbox and make you go to the post office to pick it up. Such a disgrace!

We canceled our Mail Hold Saturday after noon and it was early enough to be delivered and the post office did nothing. Also we have been receiving mail that doesn't belong to.Us with made up names on it and the mailman one at least still delivers it to.Us. also.one.mail man speeds down our street and neighborhood and sometimes just drives by houses and doesn't put.mail.in mailboxes. Its about time THEY GET Reliable MAILMAN Or MailWomen PERIOD!!!!!!

filled out 2 change of address this spring before leaving Fla. returned in June and after speaking to the postal supervisor and our mailman are mail is still wearing change of address labels when they are sent from Westfield to Fla and then returned to Westfield!!! WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO TO CLEAR THIS UP???????????????

So what part of "FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE" in bold red lettering on white tape plastered all over the box did they not understand, not only was the box literally crushed when left on my doorstep but half the contents along with it. Never will I use the UPS Surepost or the USPS who delivered the package to ship anything in or out EVER again!

Good Afternoon, We have been experiencing issues getting packages delivered to our office as a result of having a dog in the office. We have asked them to be either brought to shipping and receiving (understand this can't be done as the drivers are not allowed to back up) or to leave them on the front step at the entrance to the office. Two of our office employees went out to speak to our mail delivery person today about getting our packages left on our front step , after we were called by a supervisor, we have put a sign on our front door asking the USPS to please leave packages on the front step because of having a dog in our office, the mail delivery person accused one of these employees of possibly "sicking our dog on her," when the dog was not with her and in the office, and the second employee was told that we can either get a larger mail box or get rid of our dog if we want packages delivered. Neither of those comments were appropriate to be made by the USPS Employee. We have only received 2 notices of refusal to deliver packages, and when the USPS came back to bring the package, we found that there was a stack of packages sitting at the post office, refusing to be delivered. This needs to be rectified. There is a gate in between the main office and front door to keep my dog clear of the entrance, so the USPS employee that is delivering our mail can either leave the package on the front step or right inside the door and there will be absolutely no chance of coming in to contact with my dog. We are not trying to be difficult, but I do not appreciate the interactions that I was told about today with my staff when all they were trying to do is get the packages delivered. Our company orders items needed for our employees frequently through Amazon. When UPS or FED-X is the carrier, our packages make it safely into the facility. When USPS has them, the postal carrier refuses to deliver the packages. This creates an extreme hardship, as we have to designate one of our employees to travel to the post office to pick up the packages. I have spoken to multiple supervisors, multiple times. They inform me the situation will be resolved, yet it continues. There is currently no way to dictate which carrier for Amazon to use, but the postal service shouldn't be allowed to deliver these packages. Poor customer service and leadership. Perhaps the Attorney General needs to get involved.

I've just about had it with this post office you guys don't deliver mail on time!!!! , lose packages, or they come in messed up or opened half the time this is a bad look for the US postal service!!!! I have a business to run and have no time to wait at home for these packages to get here you guys need to do a better job !!!! This doesn't make me want to have my mail or my packages eve deliver throw you guys any more!!!!

I mailed a Christmas card from California to 28 Fowler Street. It was returned to me, "Attempted Not Known" because it was supposed to go to 28 Fowler Road. Seeing how this is a minor typo, I am disappointed that someone couldn't solve the problem in Westfield, rather than mail it back to me in Sacramento.

Got my package thank the lord but I shouldnt have problems every 4 days or even every week. Funny thing is this craziness all started in these past couple recent months. Please help our post office learn their jobs, its really just paying attention. Thank God Easter isnt ruined :)

Another MISTAKE by Westfield Post office screwing shit up. Ive been nice now Im pissed so please excuse the attitude. Im on the phone as I write this waiting for them to find my package which is my daughters Easter Present a big deal to me and Im sad and mad. The whole month of March and this month of April they have been so screwed up I cant even say how unhappy I am with the delivery these months. Never the same carrier like before. Our old lady that use to do it everyday is THE BEST. This is a male carrier today. They are trying to tell me a package was delivered when it wasnt. It says delivered 9:13am and I just got my mail noonISH. I live on Union St and am crying as I write this that a carrier or lately carriers could be so careless with peoples Packages. He delivered it to the wrong address period. I dont know who to complain to other than the little post office in town. Its not fair to all of us here. How could they screw up EASTER FRIDAY :( Please if theres a Corp.Office us here cant find the info for help our post office they are not doing their jobs to the best of their ability. They are lucky to have such a great job and yet they seem to take it for granted. I guess after being on hold for ALMOST 15-20 MIN. and calling me a liar they know where the mistake happened,now I have to pray to God they gave it to someone honest enough to give it back so my daughter has a Easter Gift from the Easter bunny. I have no extra money I just spent everything I had on Easter Dinner for my family. I cant even buy her something different which hurts my heart. I pray they bring it to us. They said a few min. and its going on way past a few and Im nervous.Its 12:38pm right now, now its 2:41pm and no word on my package yet. Waiting to post this until I have a ending to this nightmare. No actually Ill post this now cause their phone is now busy and Ive been calling for 45 min. Last time I had a problem I got a busy signal even after closing hours like they are purposely taking the phone off the hook. I bet it will be busy for the rest of the day now!! And just say AS OF RIGHT NOW MY DAUGHTER HAS NO EASTER GIFT BECAUSE OF THIS POST OFFICE again since March its been one thing after the next. Will post the out come when I have one.

Ive had more problems with these part time mail carriers than ever before. I live on Union St so its those carriers directly who cant do their jobs correctly. If package is to big for box they bring it to my door. Now with this one girl she doesnt want to walk any where. Ive witnessed her personally complaining about her job.Ive seen her leave packages on the ground in the rain while she opened the boxes, while some girl who lived near by saw and held her personal umbrella over the packages so others stuff wouldnt get wet and totally ruined. AND THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE,1/2 HOUR AND STILL BUSY?? They must be screwing up everything today I guess with so many calls. Our usual lady has been off a lot for unknown reasons but shes the only one who actually does her job. So disgusted with the way these part timers are delivering packages. okay been waiting to post this and its 6:00pm and THE PHONES STILL BUSY. Maybe I should be blaming their manager whos not doing their job by over seeing the smaller people beneath them.

I'd like to commend our mail carrier, Larry, who delivers to Granville Road in Westfield. With all the snow and ice, we always receive our mail. He is courteous and today walked through almost a foot of snow to get here. We try to keep our walk and driveway clear to make it a bit easier.
