Whoever the lady is that was working the front on 12/29 @ 11:00 AM at west Bridgewater MA post office needs to be fired. I usually go to ups and fed ex to return my packages, but for this one I had to go to the post office. I asked the lady if she could help me tape my label to my package like fed ex and ups does (for an extra charge) and she started saying to me that I get everything handed to me and I don’t know how to do anything on my own. I was in shock and wasn’t saying anything and she continued to do this for a few minutes while I was taping my package. Her and her co worker weren’t wearing masks. They were both SO rude. Literally worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and am now a nurse, so I can handle a lot of attitude. Absolutely awful. Wear a mask.
