Postal Locations

Ok, so whenever we do not have our regular carrier, Ian, I hardly ever get mail. I've noticed the "substitute" just zooms up the street and down the street and occasionally stops at a mailbox. He never closes my mailbox door securely. Also get neighbors mail constantly in my mailbox. Glendale Circle. Please talk to the "fill-in". Maybe they could show an interest in their job with some positive enforcement! Ian is great!

We are still having problems not receiving our mail at 10 Aspen St. Mail boxes have been moved 4 months ago, all names are on the inside of the boxes with the number for each apartment on the outside of the boxes. Receiving notifications that the address is not deliverable. Problem needs to be resolved .

A few times I've ordered things and Ware post master decided because it didn't fit into my parcel box he or she would leave a slip saying no safe place to leave my package instead of bringing my package to my door, so called post office and was told I'll get a call back, should have been left at my door. Hello obviously I know this!! Wait all day and no call back and they are now closed! This is ridiculous when the post master is to lazy to deliver the package to my apartment!! Has happened a few times and a few times they have brought to my door, guess it depends on if you get a lazy worker that day, if you'll receive your package or not.. Totally uncalled for!!!

I strongly agree with the other postings, the ignorant, rude and unprofessional people that work at the service counter should all be FIRED. If these maggots worked in the private sector and treated customers like these idiots do they would be fired on the spot. However, they work in a governmental agency with union protections and are untouchable. there is one scumbag that works there and I promise you we shall meet again, that's a promise. I have never in my entire 70 years been treated and disrespected as this piece of Sht treated me.

Oct.20,2020 I have very little personal contact with the Ware Post Office, I may do business in that office 3-4 times a year. However, almost every time I have to conduct some business mailings at the Ware Post Office I have experienced very rude and unprofessional employees at that location. I am a 70 year old senior citizen, with many awards for bravery I might add. My last visit to this location I had some young postal punk working at the counter began yelling and screaming because I inquired about a protocol and ordered me to get out or he would call the police others in the lobby where amazed at this punks actions absolutely amazed. Apparently this punk was unhappy because he had to work on a Saturday. Apparently with their attitude and demeanor towards customers they must believe they are doing us a favor. Many people I have spoken with stated they have experienced similar problems while conducting business at the Ware MA. Postal Office. Some of us want to thank these public servant postal employees for the privilege of letting us pay you very decent salaries with Federal Benefits and an awesome retirement benefits, with added union protection, there is almost no recourse that anyone can take when these incompetent people don't do and refuse to do there job properly. These employee actions in their work ethics and actions treating the customers and TAXPAYERS that pay your salary is the main and only reason the postal service is in such trouble, and is why FedEx along with UPS is growing so rapidly. It would not cause me to lose any sleep to see the big taxpayer WASTE of money and turn over to a private entity that would be more efficient and accountable. Here's to you you arrogant, incompetent idiots.

Every time I go there, it’s a negative interaction. They are so rude. They tell me one thing, however tell some thing different to my mom and husband. All 3 Employed I’ve encountered have been terrible

I don't usually write reviews but I scrolled down and saw all the negativity and it hasn't been true for me ever. Quite the contrary. I have found the staff to be like family.

I would like to complain about the courtesy of the staff down there. I came home to my wife in tears because the employees were rude and belittling to her. Not only where they this way, but the other people in the place ganged up on her as well saying rude comments. This is not acceptable behavior at a public establishment nor should it be tolerated. I will be pursuing this until something comes from it because no one has the right to do that, and the employees should not have been treating her that way either.

we haven't received any mail at 32 east ct ware mass its been 16 days with no mail

I want to find the name of the newer employee down there (*Angela?) She was, for the second time, extremely rude to me.

I would like to file a complaint. I am getting mail that should have been delivered last December. Also I am getting other people's mail.

Will you please deliver the mail after it snows fercrissake!
