As a resident of this graceful city I would urge the managers of our Main Street Post Office to run periodic customer services to help their employees to be more welcoming and provide better service to our community. Unfortunately, I had two disappointing experiences with the same employee and want to believe that - our city, our institutions, our post office - can do better! Please, consider my suggestions so we will all make our city a good place to live, where everybody, every resident is WELCOMED and RESPECTED!

We have had no mail delivery to the offices at 230 Second Ave since Tueday. Today is Friday. There are a number of business offices here. What is happening?

My daughter moved out of my house, change her address to whoever change the address at the post office included my name in the change, now my mail and diabetes medications are being rerouted to my daughter’s new address and it’s not the first time, when my son moved out you included all the Perez family mails and sent to my son’s new address. Do to the incompetence of one employee, it makes hard for me to get my mail in time. I’m 65 years old and I need my medication and because of your mistake I don’t have them.

I am living at the Merc , 696 Main Street in Waltham. I can't tell you the amount of important mail from utility companies, Banks, Insurance companies that I am not receiving. I have lived here for one year and the headaches you people have cause me is over whelming. You have a serious issue with your employees. I've stopped mailing my mail out of the Merc because you had lost a bunch of check that were to go to paying bills and rents. Get your act together it pathetic
