So after I filed report 1 for non delivery of mail for 3 weeks, responded to a public post made about the same mail carrier not delivering mail and misdelivering mail to myself and others, messaged me and threatened me. Refused to deliver mail to my entire house with 3 other apartments. What the hell!

The mailperson that delivers to the City Point Area of South Boston, specifically between N and O Street on East 4th never closes the lids of the mailboxes, even when it's raining out. This is damage to federal property and they should be reprimanded. Completely unacceptable as a public worker.

The worst experience every single time I come here. The guy working behind the counter is always so rude and miserable. Every time I come here I know my day will be ruined. Charged me one dollar for a blank piece of paper and would not provide me scissors to cut the piece of paper, and was rushing me. Please read the reviews on google and yelp, i am not the only one who feels this way.

I was tracking a Christmas gift and was notified that there was an "Insufficient Address" error. I called this post office to see what the problem was and a really friendly postal worker (Matt) answered. I gave him the tracking number, described the issue and he said he would call back with an update. Sure enough, within 5 minutes he called and confirmed the address was wrong on the package, would be corrected and even apologized that the package couldn't be delivered today, but would be there tomorrow (in time for Christmas). That was an awesome customer service experience that I won't forget, especially with everything the USPS has had to deal with this year.

The branch may be understaffed, but that not their fault. With one exception the staff here always do a great job. It's to their credit that they do such a good job with limited staffing. I do wish patrons would be prepared rather than wait until they are at the counter to address their packages &c.!

. In the last few years, this post office has gone downhill rapidly. Every time I go there, weekend mornings or on a weekday, there is only one person working at the front and a very long line of unhappy customers waiting. Is this post office seriously understaffed? There is always an extremely long wait when someone comes in to claim a letter or a package and the only front desk person disappears behind the scenes for what seems like forever! Why can’t there be an express line established when it is busy just for small transactions such as purchasing stamps or having a package weighed for correct postage? On weekdays, I am usually on my way to work and don’t have the luxury of languishing in line for 20-30 minutes. Whoever manages this post office is not doing a very good job further alienating people so they don’t use this post office at all!

We keep getting packages delivered to our building (45 W Broadway) that are for 55 W Broadway. Today tracking says that my package was delivered to me, but it is not here (in the mailroom or otherwise). I filed a complaint and opened a case. The phone number for this post office listed does not work.

I wanted to take the time to write a good review because one of the postal carriers took her time to help me out today. My uncle is coming in from out of country and didn't let us know he had mail coming. When our carrier asked my GF if this was our mail she said "no". I got home and tracked down a carrier on the st. I wish I had asked her last name but her first is Jill. She took out her cell phone called the other carrier, told him he could drop off my mail in her drop box and she would bring it to me after her route. I didnt realize how uncommon it is for people in everyday to go out of their way to help you until Jill offered. Thank you Jill

Good evening.
I represent the Royal Mail Choir. We are a group of mail-men and women formed into a choir for a BBC television series. Currently we are promoting a download recorded for an English cancer charity.Following to-days senseless bombing of the marathon we have suspended our Facebook page from promoting the download as a mark of respect for the fundraisers running the marathon and their supporters. I have tried to get in touch with the mayors office but I'd imagine things are pretty chaotic right now.If you wish to read messages of support from one postal service, and one country to another, please visit our page by searching Royal Mail Choir.Thank you and stay safe.
