I live on Columbus Ave! And I’ve been missing out on checks and other important mail and I couldn’t figure out why!!!! Checking my mail I caught a neighbor at her mailbox as well. The entire box was full of everyone in our buildings mail! Now this is against the law for others to open your mail so I’m sure the person delivering mail should be facing charges. Yesterday I called to complain about a refund gift card that was sent to me 39 days ago when I came home to check my mail still no card but somehow all of our mail went into one box!!! Really dangerous!!!! I am suing!!! Then I call the office no answer when I show up no manager no answers no concern it’s really pitiful that people are getting paid to do the bare minimum!

There was a package that was supposedly delivered to my apartment on 8/25/2021 at 740pm however we was in and out of my apartment that day because it's was my daughter's birthday there was no package delivered that day at that time, I called and spoke to someone about this. They took my number and said that they'll call me back never recieved a call or nothing. Now I'm missing my package and no longer know what to do....

The person who delivers on Waumbeck street has been putting my mail in my neighbors mailbox. MY MAIL HAS MY APARTMENT NUMBER ON IT! This has been going on for a year now! I reported it 3 times. My neighbor hands me my mail after she opens and reads it! It’s disrespectful. At this point I’m going to call the police if it happens again. My mail has my name and address and apartment number on it. There’s no excuse!!! stop hiring ghetto a** lazy ppl!!

This package to zipcode 02119 was reportedly delivered at 12:45 on 7/15 but at 1pm was not found. I’d like to speak to the person who delivers my mail to find out where it’s left. This is the second time an USPS delivery has been registered delivered but never found. The last time it was a package that would fit in mailbox’s

The mail man who delivers to 11 Albion st has not been delivering our mail. he has been putting it in in the mailbox of a person who lives 2 streets away from us!!!! i am so confused of how this is happening. I have been waiting for my bank card i have been waiting for my children's passports and now i feeling like they are just sitting in some random persons how. this is unacceptable. and ive tried calling to make a complaint about the situation but you cant get past the automated system to talk to anyone and when you call the local post office no one answers the phone!!!

Mail Man who delivers to Moreland St. Residents has been mishandling our packages. He just drops them on the porch with no care for the contents inside. We occasionally have items that are fragile and would appreciate if handled with care. If you could please address this issue with your staff that would be appreciated. Thank you for your time. The mailman delivering to Albion Street in Roxbury delivers the wrong mail. I didn’t receive not one piece of mail but my neighbors mail was stuffed in my box even though we don’t share the same last name. Horrible Customer Service!

I haven't had any mail delivered since a forwarding order placed on June 23rd. It is now July 21st. They never answer the phone!!!! This is enormously frustrating.

The people in the office are very unprofessional and rude. The supervisor Van was of no help to me he hung up on me twice and then proceeded to place me on a hold he never intended to come back. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday no one rung my doorbell, knock on the door, or reach out and called my phone now usps expects me to go out of my way for something I’ve paid for. This place is horrible and the managers do no care I have yet to hear from Janette or Andrew

I am going to report this to the authority tonight. My package says that was delivery Thursday the 28th. I asked for that day off just to make sure i got my package. When i track my order say that it was delivery to me. A big lie. I still waiting for my order. No Door bell, nothing. i had one of my door open juts to be in the look out and nothing. Its very easy to put package delivery when its not. This is no fear to us the customer.. Very mad. But i will continue till i have answer. I know someone will do something. i will send the complain to channel 25.

I have contacted this Post Office daily since Feb. 14, trying to file a complaint about delivering my packages in a safe and convenient manner. Packages shipped from Buyer w/ two delivery dates of Feb. 15, & 16 with instructions to ring top door w/ apt.#; however, upon being home all with an injury, my neighbor knock on my door with my delivery for 02/15 saying that he found my packages out on the street. I have been contacting the Post in Roxbury since to get answere and to find out about the scheduled delivery for 2/16 and pushed back to 02/17 with an Alert stating that package attempt made @ 5:53pm no viable location.

Just talked to a supervisor the on the phone was rude and no help and just hung up on me.. all because they can't to seem to find my moms bills for the last year and he blames it on the utilities people but there not getting them back and it's say it's been delivered but there's nothing..i think they don't know what there doing

Dont bring your package out of the post office they looose inside the place or they keep it..i dont know for chritmas i didnt get my grandkids gift..i ask for help and they said the number can no be check by them.its said is at the post office.but no number because nobody take the time to do one.supervisor your people are no working...2 packages lost 1 return..they dont find my address..the worst place.

I was appalled with the service. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called with a question, and presented very polite even despite my situation with my package being lost. The staff members gave me attitude and was unable to answer any questions...did not even seem to make an effort.

What kind of incompetent idiots do you hire at the Roxbury post office. I've called over 15 times with not one response. I'm going in there and speaking to a manager this is unacceptable. Zero customer service at all.
