This post office has the worst customer service! Always only one person at the counter and a line out the door! If you’re that busy PLEASE have someone from the back come out front and assist.

Just want to give a HUGE shout out to our letter carrier. He does the Benedict Road, New Hampshire Ave, Connecticut Ave etc route. Mail is delivered at the same time every day and he is very courteous and friendly, always saying hello and acknowledging us. If there is any way to thank him for doing a great job, please do!

800803702005561923 from UPS to USPS on 01/26/21 at 6:02 p.m. please confirm via email that I am correct in understanding that my UPS pkg went to the Pittsfield PO at the above date and time, rather than a direct delivery to my address at 43 Cummings Avenue Pittsfield, MA 01201. Thank you. I believe therefore, I will most likely receive my package here at my home today, 01/27/21. Sue Berryman

Gloria, who works at this branch, is by far the most helpful, kind, professional employee I have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond in customer service to ensure that my package of graduation caps and gowns was delivered on time for our high school graduation. She has no idea how many dreams she made come true and the kind of impact she had on our students and community. I could not be more grateful!

Easily, the worst most corrupt postmaster, mail carrier supervisors and malcontent criminal mail carriers that steal, intentionally write on, cross out, and damage mail. Avoid this post office and "services". Complaints are treated like a joke on their malfeasance. Many of their actions are illegal and employees should be arrested.

Why are they not putting forwarding labels on mail if someone has permanently moved?

When a package requires signature, it would be nice to have your carriers first knock on the door, before leaving the note - 'Sorry We Missed You'. I have been home all day and within ear shot of a knock on the door. (date: 3/29 time: 11:06am)

I sent a small package 8 days ago from Pittsfield to Buffalo NY via USPS Priority Mail. As of this morning it is just leaving Jersey City, NJ? Pony Express would have been faster! Very disappointed and I will not use this service again.

I've had several packages delivered from this post office in the past month that I never received. I have called to find out why my packages were missing and the postal employee was rude and not helpful at all. It seems suspicious to me that any packages from USPS keep coming up missing yet I have received fedex and ups packages that were larger and left in the open all day with no problems. Not sure what's going on and why nobody from this location can assist in solving this problem.

The lady up front today was very abrasive and RUDE! Needs better interpersonal skills. There's nothing worse than an employee at a business who thinks they're doing you a favor by providing a service. Good thing the free market allows for competition I'll use fed ex or ups from now on.

Very Busy Post office, esp. for a small city and location. Generally real good service, free parking across the street. Long lines sometimes but move along nicely.
