My package has been sitting in Norton facility since last week. I don't understand what the delay is, I don't even live far from facility. The package originated in China, but I ordered a separate order from the same company on the same day, and I received it last week.

Is there a continual delay moving postal packages out of Norton? There was a delay a couple of weeks ago and now it looks like I have two additional packages that are held up on Norton. What's going on? Thank you.

This is seriously the worst post office ever, the lady behind the counter is rude, they don't bother to notify you in any way that you have packages for pick up, they don't pick up the phone, it is always busy,if I did not check the tracking I would never know! I live in Norton and go out of my way to use Easton post offices to avoid one that is within walking distance for me.

When you send a letter to Hancock St in Quincy, do you have to address it to John Hancock St or George Washington St. If you are sending a letter to Arnold Blvd, why do you have to address it to Arnold Palmer Blvd to have it delivered?

Slow late mail, wrong mail in my box, the list goes on and on. Tracking shows delivered and it takes a week to appear in my parcel box. Excuses excuses, its Tauntons fault (per Norton) and its Nortons fault (per Taunton) Shut it down and let it come from somewhere else and these people at PO and in field don't give a damn

My main problem with mail out of Norton is the slow delivery to Boston.
A tracer showed a 1 day delivery to Providence, R.I., then 6-7 days to Boston. Late payment of bills could affect my credit rating.
Seven days to reach Boston may have been good in the 1800's, but not by today's standards. Also, it would be nice to get sales fliers on time, not 2-3 days late.

Resident that doesnt matter
This branch is a joke and is literally costing me money due to NO ONE BRINGING OR PICKING UP MY MAIL or any of the other tenants in our building. Late car payments and rent efdext credit scores too. There excuse was aince we live so close to taunton it goes through them after its been in norton for who knows how long.Same as the last review just gives another number to call this place is a joke and i continuie to lose money ill take the time to pursue some action.

Received an envelope yesterday that was clearly marked "photos - do not bend" in two places on the front. It was almost folded in half and stuffed into our mailbox!

I called to compliance about my mail delivery yesterday was put on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up and call back. They where rude and just hurried to get me off the phone giving me a different number to call. They are putting to much mail in mail box and one was a package that should have been brought to the door. It putting to much in my mail box ruin a Christmas card with pictures of my niece and nephew on it. Not happy.
