Me experience with the Northampton Post Office over many decades is that the employees in that post office (agents) are wonderful: kind, patient, helpful and competent. And all of our regular mail carriers over the years have been exceptional too.

Have been waiting for a 4 lb package for 10 days coming from South Glastonbury, CT approximately 50 miles- this is ridiculous!

I have lived in same spot in Northampton for 3 years and for the first time since living here. My package was not delivered . An I never had a problem after being here except the first 15 days after moving in 2016 . So why now you cannot find me! ?

I had my taxes done at my accountants. On March 25th they were picked up by the Northampton Post Office to be sent to Florida where I live. They never showed up in Florida. They did not have tracking unfortunately. Very anxious about my personal information which it held about me and my wife as well as accounts etc.

I sent my son a birthday gift that the mail carrier could not deliver. I inadvertently forgot the apartment number and it could not be delivered as addressed. I understand this; what I don't understand is how the mail carrier was able to put a note in the correct mailbox telling them it was not deliverable. From my perspective it looks like the carrier just didn't want to deliver the package. Poor customer service is an understatement.

This PO stinks to high heaven...today no mail delivery for second time in a month, despite USPS email saying 8 pieces of first-class mail to be delivered today. No catalogs either, which is unheard of this time of year. Personnel range at PO from decent to lazy, rude bums just waiting for their pension... this is why I favor privatizing the USPS...it's crap all the way up and down

I called the post office for information a few minutes before closing on Saturday. A clerk answered promptly and gave me the information I needed. She also took my phone number in case the supervisor needed to contact me. This is excellent service that you do not find anywhere today. Kudos for the Northampton post office

1. Dan was enormously helpful at the desk today, along with another employee, whose name I did not catch. 2. I'm concerned that your office isn't listed in the phone book along with all the other area post offices. I had to go to the webpage to find it.

The workers at the Northampton post office are some of the nicest and most helpful people! Charlie and Dan took an hour out of their busy schedules to help me as I frantcally tried to renew my passport before my trip in January. An unpleasant situation made much less stressful by terrific customer service.
