This morning (10/5/19) at approximately 9:45 AM a blonde woman with glasses & a ponytail was driving a postal service vehicle at dangerously excessive speeds on Saddleworth Way as my wife and I were walking our dogs. As she approached I motioned with my hands for her to slow down. However, instead of slowing down, she sped up. As she passed I yelled to "Slow Down!", which she did not. There was another neighbor walking their dog on the opposite side of the street which made the situation even more dangerous. She then turned her vehicle around and approached us from behind at excessive speeds. I again yelled for her to "Slow Down!" and she flipped me off as she sped by. Thank you for your help addressing this matter.

6 times my packages have been put into my neighbors mailbox without care and I'm still waiting on a package that was due to show up last month
