my mail is supposed to be delivered to my house but substitutes leave in the mailbox. My medication was left there for 3 days. Can I please get this straightened out. Thank you!

Just curious why is this office not staying open later during the holidays? Some people can’t get a ride until it’s available and most of the time it’s after 5:30pm. I ordered stamps online 2 weeks ago and still have not received them. Hopefully I will get them in time for next years Christmas cards!!

I have not received ANY mail for 5 days now, even though Informed delivery says I have 25 + pieces of mail. I have bills that are late, adding late fees to me. I am not sure what is going on with Methuen mail, but this has been an ongoing problem. I always get mail when my regular mailman (Xavier) delivers, but if he has a day off or he is on vacation....there is NO mail. PLEASE! I need my mail delivered. I live on Arnold St.

Not sure who to talk to so I’m writing this here. I live in a neighborhood by the Texas Roadhouse on rt. 28 in Methuen & Mail is not delivered or picked up from my home mailbox for days at a time- this has been going on for quite some time. Hoping this improves soon!

My mail is not delivered to my house. It is down the street around the corner. My mail is is very close to Merrimack St and can be seen if waiting at the light. So imagine my surprise to a package on the ground near my mail box. WHERE ANYONE COULD HAVE STOLEN IT!!!! Clearly someone doesn’t care about their job
