I am following up on a letter I received in the mail regarding a part-time opening at your Post Office as a Sales and Services/Distribution Associate, Level 06. As much as I am interested in Re-assigning to your Post office, I am looking into Full-Time employment, considering the fact that I am currently working as a Full-Time employee in West Roxbury. If you can keep me posted if any Full-Time positions open up I would appreciate it very much. Thank you again.

Doing a mail hold on line used be easy. Now it is not possible. You’d think a dying industry would step up their game.

Why does a mailman have the authority to stop delivering my mail simply because my mailbox is not locked? You likely have a years worth of my mail so you know who I am.

Two days in a row I’ve been here and employees have their masks below their nose. Today I said something and the employee said “oh well it is now” and pulled it up. I could see workers in the back with no masks on. Defeats the purpose of wearing one.

jimohum here. Haven't gotten mail since last thursday. Just found out that our regular carrier, who is fabulous, is on vacation. Her substitute thinks the route is too difficult, so refused to deliver the mail! WHAT? Why does this person still have a job?The cowardly post master needs to understand he/she is in the customer pleasing business-not employee pleasing business. This customer is not only not pleased, he's angry and will make a formal complaint.

Eleven days and counting to receive a forwarded package. Same town. Same post office. New address is a mere couple of miles from old. PATHETIC.

An entire week to forward a small package from an old address a couple of miles away from the new address and within the same post office? Shameful.

It wold be so convenient if you could move a couple of boxes to the traffic entrance of the main post office so that your customers could drop their mail off without having to leave their vehicles.  See if you can work out a safe traffic pattern with the Town Safety Officer and look at how Hanover has done it for over 40 years, outside their post office at the intersection of Rte 53 and Rte. 139 where Rte 139 heads into Hanover center.  It is lo much safer to keep vehicles moving along rather than stop, back up and pull out.  Fuel energy-saving, too.
