The mail delivery is NOT what it used to be nor what it should be. No mail delivered on Saturday 9/3. Mail was on hold beginning Sept 6 yet mail was delivered on the 6th - maybe it was the undelivered mail from the 3rd - yesterday we got neighbors mail but none for us although mail was scheduled to be delivered. This has been an ongoing issue for months. Either we get neighbors mail and none for us. Other days it’s delivered properly. I don’t want to have to deliver others their mail but I’d like to get mine.

Just talked to post master in Hopkinton who is just as pissed off and frustrated as we are. I learned if you go to the post office and put your mail in local vs out of town, it doesn't matter! It all gets jumbuled together at night and sent to Boston automated system.

Not impressed by the gentleman who works in the afternoon. He seems put out by anything you ask about and takes forever to process an order. Most of the people who work there are super helpful and very nice so the contrast is very apparent.

PO driver hit my car in my driveway. I saw it happen. Manager, Carl, started interrorgating me without investigating. I never heard back. Isn't there such a thing a common decency in investigating and getting back to a customer. Of course, this is the federal government. Do I need to say more?

Please, please someone help The older lady with glasses is extremely unprofessional, raising her voice at customers, just for asking perfectly legitimate business questions She needs people skills training, or maybe she should leave this job I'm watching her for awhile, is anyone going to address this issue She is definitely not putting Hopkinton in good light

I went to the Hopkinton Post Office this afternoon to get passports for my husband, our two young children, and myself. All four of us hadn't even entered the lobby when a very abrasive woman shouted over the customer she was serving to tell us that if we here for passports that we were too late. She was very unwelcoming, unfriendly, and rude. I will not be going back.
