I need to know why I am not receiving my mail! After Mike retired, I have been having a issues with undelivered mail, the last was the Excise tax bill mailed by the town. They claim it was sent three times, I never received any of these till today. Needless to say, I was fined almost $60.00 for a late fee. The town also sent my Real Estate taxes and these were never received. What can I do to get better service. It seems I have a different delivery person weekly. Is my mail being held at the post office or discarded. This needs to stop!

The Hingham center post office is dysfunctional. Hingham center post office. Promised return phone calls are not made. The postmaster is insulated by staff who answer the phone keeping her from speaking directly with customers. The supervisor I spoke with was unable to deal with this unhappy customer’s call and told me I was rude. She kept talking over me. This postal station is dysfunctional and staff needs customer service training.
