HORRIFIED! Went to mail a package to Canada. Arrived 20 min before close, and was the ONLY one in the office. The white haired man told me he couldn't help. Not wasn't enough time for him to complete the customs form and paperwork before they closed. I thought he was kidding, but he wasn't and told me to come back another day. I went to Chelmsford PO and was in and out in 9min to send the same package. They too were horrified and gave me the # to the Groton Post master, Jason. I called him and he told me he was already aware and that he would have made the same decision. I agree with libbyneenee - WORST EVER!!

Absolutely dismal. phone off hook if you have a problem that can't be solved any other way. Wet mail. Box left open. Priority mail not picked up from porch for my small business more than once! I understand COVID, but this has been going on for years here. Misdelivered mail to neighbor constantly. Mailbox jammed so tight can barely get mail out. Mail on the ground outside box. WORST EVER

More than once has left the entire front panel open on our association's mail kiosk. 18 mailboxes wide open. In 3 1/2 years I have also dealt with misdelivered mail and packages. 1/2 of a star for snooty Groton's postal carriers. DO BETTER!!!

surprising how gov offices find it so much harder to answer the phone than for-profit business. "answer service off" and nobody bothers to pick up the phone.

I have a mail deliverer that can not read. I let him know almost daily that the person he keeps leaving mail in my box for does not live here yet he continues to leave it. The guys mail he keeps leaving has twice given a change of address to the post office. I truly believe he is trying to irritate me now so I will be writing the post master general. He will even leave other peoples mail in my box from time to time even though I have told him on NUMEROUS occasions that I am the only one that lives here. He's really being a total jerk. I need a good job and I can read very well. They should let people that do not appreciate their job go and hire someone that would appreciate a customer service job and treat people with respect.
