Just spoke with Harry to try and sort out my moms mail forward situation. He is a true rock star.....friendly, helpful and responsive......a true asset to the USPS....and Grafton!!!!!


The new employee Harry is a rock star. He brings a great attitude and is always super nice. I complimented the Post Master Bob on Harry’s stand out customer service. It’s very refreshing these days.


The older woman who answers the phone and who mans the desk is mean, rude, and overall makes me give my business to other mailing services. She has consistently complained, done her job at the slowest possible pace while complaining and she makes the post office an unpleasant place to be. She clearly does not want to be there. Please PLEASE get rid of her.


We had bad experience with the same lady. We took appointment for our little one's passport application. When we went for Passport application she lies that she called us to change the time and we did not call her back. She never called us. She behaved as if she was doing us a favour by doing her job. It was a hostile environment. Felt racism.Too bad!!
