I get everyone else's mail but my own. Previous tenants. I have changed my address to this one eight months ago. I get notified on my email of what mail to expect for myself and I never received it.

Parcels [insured or Express] go missing or are not delivered at all. Contacting local office is useless. every answer from the delivery supervisor is file for reimbursement or file a claim. Not thinking about the personal aspect of what the contents may have been. Many things are irreplaceable; or gifts missed the desired date; therefore, defeating the purpose for paying the extra fees to deliver ahead of time or Expressly. I do understand the short staffed issues; however, this site seems to have no quality control or lots of training issues.

24x7 is great, but I wish the dispenser offered real forever stamps instead of individually printed postage meter like stamps.

You had a private auditor come into your public building August 2021. I am disapointed to see that you do not know the law. Ie Poster 7 as mandated postal regulations. The fear of camera's is ridiculous. I am sure your post office have security camera's in the building, the public get filmed by security camera's everywhere. Seems that you fear camera's more then you fear gun toting corrupt cops. Learn your laws, be on your best behavior when a auditor comes in, to highlight your place of work. Stop being such snowflakes.

Tried to submit a similar comment but it won't let me claiming "language". There is no bad language and if you think that teaching children NOT to express their grievances, then you are even worse than this video depicts you to be.

Today is Friday, eight days since a Priority Mail box was mailed to our address in Framingham. It has not yet been delivered. There is an alert that the address could not be accessed - not true, I have pictures of the driveway and road that show full access, all snow shoveled aside. Also no mail received for 12 days. It is understandable that postal service workers are frustrated, but please don't respond by losing or destroying our mail.
