We have a 3 seasonal cottage in Eastham, MA 02642. We receive packages from fedex and other companies who place the packages on our porch but we can not receive packages from USPS. We were told we must install a mailbox and then after we have a mailbix fill out a form to request delivery. The mailbox will not accommodate most of our packages and we are not interested in mail delivery, just want to receive packages. So mailbox makes no sense. When speaking to agents as to why we can't have our packages delivered without a mailbox and we fill out a form for delivery, they say rather bored " its the rule". Can we have some help in this matter? Liz Resko
