This post office is the most efficient I've ever been too. The people at the counters are experienced, assist in every domestic and international return if asked and welcome everyone warmly. Can't say enough. Fortunate to have this group of people in Concord.

Delivery person RTS to Ministerial Drive in Concord is inefficient. Twice he has marked my mail as "house unoccupied" which is completely untrue. I know the person residing there and am very annoyed that twice in the same month he/she has returned my mail. What's with this delivery person -- are they blind?

Sunday driver left 2 packages which didn't fit in mailbox, so, rather than get off his/her rear end and leave the packages on the porch, as USPS employees always do, he attached package to the OUTSIDE of the mailbox with rubber bands. Oh, and by the way, one of the packages was for a neighbor 5 houses away. Pathetic.

A letter posted to "Outgoing" slot at mail kiosk at Concord Mews addressed to Tucson mailed 5 days ago has not been received in Tucson. Please check mail kiosk for outgoing mail for Building 4, 5, etc please.
