I went to the chelmsford post office on December 3rd,I mailed out a letter and sent it flat rate, it was going to derry nh , according to the web site flat rate is 1-3 days, seeing as its Derry nh I felt and the post office worker felt it would be there no later then the 2nd day which would be the 5th. As of today December 9th it still has not been delivered. I went to the chelmsford post and asked what the delay was, there has been no weather issues, there reply was that the Nashua facility sorts out thousands of packages and its Christmas. We are not even in Christmas peek yet so that's a bunch of bs. Also the tracking shows that the letter has not moved from the Nashua facility. This isnt the first time this has happened, it happens even before the pandemic, I am retired from ups so I know how things work. So from my understanding there is no difference between putting a stamp on the envelope or going flat rate. Flat rate is 7 and some change and the stamp is 49cents both offer the same difference. Now I have to pay for over nite because of the incompetence of the post office.

To Who it May Concern, Vislink at 101 Billerica Road Building 6, Billerica, MA, we had a customer that sent us radio at end of April, 1 st of May, we never got the package. The tracking number said that it was received by a person at the location. I went to our building that has been a few employees there during the last few months aka (Covid 19). We searched building and could not find package. Spoke to another company that also gets mail there and they said it is impossible that they delivered package because no mail was being delivered in May, and he has been driving to distribution center in Chelmsford to pick up DGI's mail. I drove over there and spoke with Joe Zannino, he was amazing, he located our package and all of old mail. I just wanted to say thank you and let you know how grateful that Joe went the extra mile to find our customers radio. Thank you. I have been told by our NJ office that they have put in a change of address notification but it doesn't seem to have worked. All of Vislink mail should be sent Vislink, 101 Bilby Road, Ste 15, Bldge 2, Hackettson, NJ 07840. The only delivery in Billerica are from FedEx or UPS, no mail should be directed there. If we need to do anything to make this happen, please let me know. thank you, Barbara DiDio 978-330-9235

Every time I order a product that goes thru them they alway seem to delay EVERYTHING.....this is just crazy and very annoying also a huge inconvenience

Held sucks

Highly (borderline criminally) incompetent. They repeatedly screw up delivery of important documents including an absentee voters ballot and tax return documents.

Worst USPS branch there is. They constantly lose our mail.

Don't know about your mail but I just had three items come through this post office from LLBean.
They they made it all the way to Lexington Kentucky.Looks like they're doing something right to me.
Thank You USPS.
