I walked a stack of packaged down to Charlestown, MA USPS this morning. When i arrived at 8:42am the post office was locked, lights-off with no employees visible inside. There was also no sign anywhere suggesting new hours, etc. How is this acceptable? Does USPS just get to decided when they'll be open now? When is the Charlestown, MA USPS even open!? This is incredibly frustrating.

I have walked down to the Charlestown post office 3 times and still NOT open. No sign on door! I have attempted to call them 4 times and they don’t answer the phone. This is ridiculous!!!!

I think its pathetic that my deliveries constantly sit in the back room before they ever put slip in my box to let me kno! 3 x in past month I had to ask or tell them i got a text telling me my box was there -for to go look. Its not right! Not hard to put slipin box!? Then have to stand in line to pick up during xmas rush is Rediculous-.. we pay alot for a box for what??
