I went into the post office today and requested to pick up a piece of mail. The woman who was the agent was extremely rude to me. First she told me that the post office doesn’t hold mail for people, she snapped at me when I asked her if the mail is held during sorting and if I could pick it up since it’s already here. She told me no you’ll get your mail when it’s delivered. She was extremely terse and disrespectful in the way that she spoke to me and essentially I left feeling very uncomfortable and confused as I’ve picked up mail many times from the post office before. When I turned to my husband to ask why she was so rude she then yelled across the room, “I’m not rude what’s your problem” my problem is your customer service and the way she spoke to me was very rude and very loud and wrong.
how does a square box fit in an oval mailboxes?? had delivery to and diver fund a way shoved hat box so far in -must have taken some time to get it in then pile mail mail in to bending a cd that was in the mail- instead of taking the two minutes to walk up and put it on the steps. Took me 10 minutes to walk it out of mail box and three broken finger nails. I learnt in pre-school square does not fit in oval hole. II you need pictures I will send them
Y’all suck. Been waiting for about 2 weeks for my bank card. It said it was deliver and I’ve checked it everyday and didn’t receive nothing. Call the post office and an ignorant asshole picked up, was very rude and hung up in my face
Everyday I’m getting Mail from my neighbors even though my Mail box is clearly labeled. My mail that had reportedly been sent out by any given company never arrives and I have to end up calling for replacements.
Hello United States Postal Service, I have tried for the last three years to have Peter Perry mail return to sender with no success. Can you please help!!!, we bought the house in 2018 and have gotten weekly mail for this person. Each time I return the mail with a note. "Return to Sender, address unknown". The mail carrier return it to my address at 128 Dagmar Drive. Can you just honor the names on the mailbox please. I hope this help to correct this quickly. Thank you.
Can I do anything to proactively support our postal service at this critical time? I love the Commercial St postal employees and I am grateful for my postal carrier on Summer St Brockton!
I have been down to the post office many many times and I am very disappointed and frustrated about the mail delivered at my house. Almost every day I receive mail for Rodrigues , Gonzalez, among others at my address (49 East Ashland st) . The name on the mail box is Mandeville- no one else. I have lived here for 50 years. It is getting rediculous . I spend a lot of my time talking to people who say they are supervisors who promise it will not happen again but it does again and again. Help me please
